I called Robert from Phase II on a Sunday morning of Labor day weekend and he was at my home in less than an hour. I would have given him 6 stars out of 5 but I was limited to just 5. He is a true old school business man who explained everything in detail. I could not be any happier. He replaced my burner blower and ac coil in a timely fashion and right on time.I am a Supervisor of 16 years in the Maintenance Field and I appreciate good workmanship. Robert is real professional. Not only did he took his time to fix my AC problem, but did follow up. Plus, he was generous with his additional diagnosis of my system and advised me on basic maintenance.

Home Advisors directed me to an online scheduling program and within 30 minutes of an appointment being scheduled I received a verification call from the provider (Robert at Phase II). The next day he shows up on time and in the course of doing the repair (unit needed more refrigerant) he also went into the attic to ensure the unit was working properly and he verified the thermostat was in working order. So he touched all the bases. He finally left when everything was verified in working order. But the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE was the phone call a week later to see if the air conditioning was working properly. Wow....I've never had a contractor follow up like that!

My home warranty contracted out the job to Phase II. Robert came to troubleshoot a 30+ year old AC unit and was very honest about everything he found faulty. He was instrumental in convincing the warranty company to replace the entire condenser unit rather than continue putting band-aid fixes to this ancient unit. Few weeks after he replaced the unit that cools the upstairs, the other unit that cools the downstairs fails as well (also over 30 years old). Since he was already familiar with everything, the second unit was replaced as soon as weather permitted. I didn't even have to be home the second time since the work was outside anyway. The promptness of his repairs can not be overstated. He helped get us back up and running as soon as the parts were available on the next clear day, which we couldn't be more appreciative since we have both a toddler and infant at home. Also, this was during a heatwave when most of the week was 90+. On top of this, my son's 1st birthday party was coming up and we needed the AC back asap. We can't recommend Rob and Phase II enough, a true professional

We were told by PSEG that we needed a new condenser and coils for our central air unit at an approximate cost of $3500 for the condenser or $9000 to "do it right with up to date coolant! We were told the same by another HVAC contractor as well. Robert arrived on time, over July 4th weekend, and within 5 minutes told me that there was a loose wire. He replaced all the old wiring and within 15 minutes had it running perfectly at a cost of $260! I highly recommend Robert and Phase II- he arrived on time, was professional and above all elseHe Was Honest!
