They did a good job once it was done. The price that they quoted us was excellent, but then at the end there was a discrepancy on the cost for some reason and we were displeased with that. I would recommend them, but just make absolute sure that the cost is what the cost is going to be at the end. The price was good but we had a problem at the end when they tried to get more out of us, and that wasn't right obviously.

All installations went flawlessly. Water testing on site is excellent for giving exact instructions on keeping pool beautiful. Have been using them since 1989 and would not change to any other pool supplier.

They were excellent. They did good work and they were very helpful, good advisers. They in fact saved me money by advising me to get a less expensive but equally effective cover. I have enrolled them to come yearly to open and close the pool.

They did a great job in everything they did. They were prompt and professional, and explained to me how to maintain the pool. I had never owned a pool before so that was extremely helpful. If one has never owned a pool Budd's Pools is a great choice.

Our hot tub had been neglected for a long time. I called Budd's to come out and winterize it. The tech came and cleaned the tub. He told me there was some build up in the lines and he cleaned them all out. He also explained exactly what to do when I decide to open the tub next season. I was extremely pleased with his work and professionalism. I would hire the company again.

They did an excellent job. I have them under contract to open and close the pool. Very professional.

Jennifer was very responsive to our questions and prompt in obtaining answers, hooking us up with others who have bought similar pools and assisting with contacting the manufacturer about specifications. We are looking forward to working with Budd's in the future.

The interaction was good. They did a good job. They were on time, no problem. They did what they were supposed to do and did a good job. The price was right. I would tell other Angie's List members that they are a good place to do business with. They called me back, prompt, had the numbers, good to do business with, that's all.

We have the estimate and even though it is more than the others, I have heard nothing but good things from everyone I know who uses them. I will post another review once they complete the work

This company was good!! After a terrible experience with another pool company, they squeezed us in and came at 7:30 on a Friday night and estimated the repair cost They fixed part of our leak problem for $ 250.00 when other companies estimates were $1300. The service manager was honest even though I didn't want to hear bad news, and didn't sugar coat any of our pool issues. He was direct and to the point We will use this pool company for all our pool services and repairs.

The guy that came out was really informative there were no hidden prices when they came out. Also offer very competitive prices they were the best all around. We would use them again if I needed to.

They were excellent, always open and close the pool for us.

Budd's Pools & Spas did a lot more work than we originally planned on doing. Originally, we were just going to have the liner replaced and then while they were here, we decided we wanted to do the edging of the pool over. They also said our pipes are 30 years old and we might want to have them replaced while the concrete is all torn up from re-doing the edging. We had saved the money just for the liner, but after we thought about it, we decided to have it all done. There was probably one other small thing done, that was not originally in the plans. It looks like a brand new pool. So we were really happy. We were very, very pleased with them. I had one little problem and I'm still waiting for that to get resolved. We have steps going into the pool and they have parts that hold the liner in place around the steps. When they ripped everything apart, they got rid of those parts because it was old. We haven't gotten the new parts in yet. We had talked to the guy and he said they're no longer making those parts with that size. They're just not available to buy new, so I can't just put that problem on them. I they had known ahead time, they could have kept them instead of throwing them away. So, I'm left here without the parts I need. The screws hold the steps in place have no cover and we can see the rust on the screws. So we're still waiting for the parts. They had told us they had some old parts from another pool they could put in our pool back in February, but I still haven't heard from them. Otherwise, they were great. We had them do stamped concrete and they did a wonderful job. One day, I was worried that the workers were going to knock out a pool wall, but they wouldn't listen to me, so I called their boss and he came right away to show them what to do. The wall ended up being perfectly straight, so we didn't have any issues with that. They listened to what we wanted. The project ended up taking a little longer than they thought it would. The workers were great and I have no complaint with them. I still am grading them with all A's. They came when they said they would and did what they were supposed to do. They put the cement down on one of the hottest days of the year. It was over 100 degrees outside. I kept bringing drinks out there. They were working their butts off to get it done before the cement dried on them, because it was drying quick with the heat.

We have used them before, so we chose to used them again. They have been very good, very patient with us. We have been looking at getting a pool for years, and we finally worked out a design we could use. We had also used them many years ago at another house we had. We had a very good experience with them.

My wife knew about them for years and years because she grew up in that area. We compared prices and we went with them. A leading thing was because of emissions stuff. Overall, I would actually give them an A. I would use them again.

I use them a lot and they are generally very good.

THE WORK HAD TO BE PUT ON HOLD, DUE TO THE WEATHER SEVERAL TIMES, BUT ONCE THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL THE POOL EVERYTHING WAS GOOD.
