Ameritech employs a group of wonderful and professional people! I also referred them to friends and neighbors. The roofing job was very tip top and looked beautiful once finished. They are very thorough and helpful with explaining the job and working with our insurance company. They arrived early morning and they finished just before sundown. Shawn and all of his employees were very productive and skillful at their jobs. Great Work!!

The roof job was superb. However, workers broke several brick steps and company hired non-skillful laborers to repair them. They were not leveled, cleaned off properly and poorly layered. I was compensated; $500 reduced from a $6,500 job.

They arrived on time, completed the work, cleaned up , and left. They did the job as contracted.

The service provided by this company was phenomenal. The entire process was explained in detail before I signed a contract. The crew arrived at the agreed upon day and time. The roofers were very professional and especially careful with site preparation and clean up. The job was completed in one day, as expected. I was very impressed. So were a few of my neighbors that watched the progress all day.

They did a great job and let us know we may have a bigger issue on our hands than our roof.

I had contacted 8 different roofers, Ameritech was the only one who went on my roof to inspect before giving me a price, and their proposal included everything so there were no surprises when I received the invoice. The crew showed up on time. The project manager was on site at all times. The crew was polite and did not stop working until the job was complete. The one thing that I was most impressed is how considerate they were of my neighbors. I live in a townhome, Ameritech not only cleaned my yard but also my neighbors. With all my research, Ameritech provided the best value.

Everything went great! The new roof is beautiful. They finished the job ahead of schedule. Shawn, Kevin, Wendy...everyone was professional and pleasant to deal with. I'm going to hire them again for additional projects around the house.

Steve came out within the time bracket given, detected the issue and fixed it.

The work turned out to be more complicated than originally anticipated. The crew worked for more than two and a half hours--they had initially thought that the work would take no longer than an hour. But what I was most amazed by was that Ameritech did NOT charge me more than their original quote!

Great - Steve dropped by and set realistic expectations of finding a potential leak in the roof. We have a small crack in the kitchen ceiling located on the first floor. The small crack has been getting slowly bigger over the last two summers and always have a a very slight dampness to it. While Steve wasn't able to definitively identify and/or link the cause of the crack to a potential hold from the roof, he did provide good advice as to where to go from here. In addition, he performed minor repairs on the roof such as replacing covers, and caulking exposed nails/shingles

They were courteous and professional throughout. The workman showed up on time, did a good job and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use their services again.

When Shawn came out to look at my roof after I purchased the big deal it was not a positive experience. He said that that there were repairs that were needed, which were not. The only repair that was needed was the porch, which he told me I would need to get someone else to repair. I felt that the price I was being charged was far too expensive.

I met Shawn to discuss the work that needed to be done to my roof. Part of the Angie's List deal that I purchased was to do some small repairs around my roof. I knew the $49 would not cover some of the major damage that was there. Shawn was punctual and spent 20 minutes up on my roof. He explained the deal would not cover the major damage and I already knew that. He claimed that he sealed up some small exposed areas. Just now I had another local roofing company go up to examine my roof and they found no evidence of any work, big or small, was ever done to my roof. So what Shawn claimed was inaccurate. I appreciated the punctuality and how the appointment was handled. I'm just disappointed with the dishonesty.
