I purchased two prepaid garage door tune ups and roller replacement from Durable Door on April 19th and received a call to schedule the service within just a few hours. The service was actually scheduled for the following day within a three hour time slot. The technician arrived promptly and performed the tune up in about 50 minutes. He replace all our old rollers, which lacked true bearings, with new nylon ones. I was impressed with the technician's knowledge, friendliness and the manner in which the service was performed. Now our two garage doors operate much quieter.
Frankly, I was worried that Angie's List Prepaid Deals would result in a bait-and-switch approach where more costly service would be recommended when the service provider arrived. But I was very happy with the price and quality of service performed by Durable Door. And I would not hesitate to use them in the future.
