Mark from Premier services did an excellent job He came out first to give an estimate.He carefully measured all areas We set a date for him to come this past week . He was very accommodating and even changed the time from afternoon to morning as he had an opening .He was also very friendly and open .We felt we really got to know him I would hire him again ,even for other services he does. Very professional and courteous. Cleaned all my carpets and stairs also was able to get all my stains out. Did a great job and made sure he spent the extra time when needed on the really dirty areas. Price was very fair. Came to the house to assess the situation and discuss price. He was very good about letting me know all that he would be doing. I dont know much about carpet cleaning but it was nice to get an explaination especially when comparing companies. Knowing what exactly was being done i was able to find out if comparing companies were doing the same stuff. I would 100% recommend and use again ??????
