Unfortunately, when we set this Storefront deal up with Angies list, we thought we were being clear in the heading which clearly states "$59.00 Plumbing Diagnostic Service Call" By using the word Diagnosis, we felt this was clear in what it was for. I understand that you knew what the problem was, however, that is not what the deal states. Also we look to Angies list for guidance in the details of the Deal, and not being expertise in advertising, the fine print area of details is now going to state again that this fee is for the Diagnosis or Service Fee and does not include any work. I would also like to address your comparison of roofing and other deals, we cannot speak for those. Our deal is our deal and we want to make it clear. This is the first issue we have had with this misunderstanding and as I said we are working on clarifying the Fine Print details. As far as you stating that there is not discounted offer, you are incorrect. The majority of Plumbing companies do in fact charge a Diagnosis fee or Service Fee just to come to your home. There are many business reasons for charging this, ie; gasoline, insurance and technicians salaries. And if you were to call some Companies our fee is very low in comparison to equal size companies. If you were to call our office we also clearly state the charge to come out. Some companies do not say they charge a service fee/diagnosis fee, however it is built into the cost of their work. The bottom line is no one is being forced to buy these deals and if there should be any questions, either communication via Angies list or contacting our office is always welcome. Sorry for your dissatisfaction with this deal, it certainly is not our intent. We work very diligently to gain our customers satisfaction and more. Sincerely Chapman Bros."
