Based partially on recommendations here, I spoke to a number of different roofers. Had a tiny leak Brady said they would fix but didn't. They were attentive but couldn't fix it. Spoke to other roofers who were cheaper but after a ton of research I narrowed it down to two. Decided I wanted to go with an Owens Corning product for a number of reasons. Went with Seci based on quality of work locally and status as Platinum elite provider for Owens and was glad I did. They did a really nice job.

Very professional company that did very high quality work. Job was completed in two days and included total removal of the old roof and all new plywood. All the workers were very careful and cleanup was thorough. Would highly recommend them.

Quoted essentially same as others but was able to do the job the same day. Completed chimney flashing to fix my leak and it looks great.

SECI provides better looking and warrantied shingles than most others, A 50-year transferable parts and labor warranty by Owens Corning is standard vs. 25-30 years parts manufacturer warranty and 5 years labor by the roofing contractor. They say they wonâ t install when the weather turns too cold which can cause leaks, whereas others will. They include actual insurance certificate and proof that they are a Platinum-level Owens Corning contractor, which means their staff is actually trained and the warranty will be issued.. Together with a competitive price, this makes their selection a no-brainer. Although a replacement rafter was installed too low for proper ceiling sheetrock, they came promptly to investigate and after some discussion with the painter, to fix. They took responsibility for some inadvertent interior damage when removing part of the roof. Replacing a roof makes a mess in your yard but they cleaned upon quite thoroughly and I didnâ t find any consequential damage. While there were typical problems, they were minor and SECI promptly took responsibility or fixed it. They went the extra mile to repair damaged 2x4â s not in the original scope without nickel and dimming me. I rarely give 5* reviews especially in construction projects, because I something always seems amiss. But they really deserved it. Tips: 1. Reach out to confirm the duration and dates (delivery of supplies, start date, and duration of job), since they are weather dependent. Take your car(s) out of the garage to avoid getting blocked in. 2. Inspect before they finish the job to be sure everything on the roof like rain gauges and gutter screens are put back in place.. 3. Unless you want them, be sure when the metal dumpster is picked up the dumpster company takes the wood planks put on the driveway (or street) to protect the surface.

Seci construction was the best company I ever dealt with. From a total roof replacement including plywood to gutter repair. They explained every detail and completed the work fasts. I trust this company and will use them for all my other construction needs.

The company owner is very professional to deal with. Takes great pride in his company.

SECI Construction are awesome! I called them as my ridge vents + shingles went flying with the recent storm. Kobra came by quickly after I called him, gave me a reasonable quote and fixed the day right after. They were very busy, but he very accommodating, as I was worried about upcoming rain and water coming into my attic. I will be calling them again for any roof issues. They do a quality job. Thank you.

From Hank, to Akilis and Rami, these guys are great and skilled professionals. They have the knowledge and are eager to do a great job. If the weather is right they do not hesitate and you will have a beautiful new roof. My roof was over 30 square and they did everything correct, from the weather shield to proper ridge vents, Seci construction is the way to go. Bonus, they offer financing!

Excellent service from beginning to end. From the salesman, project manager, installers, cleanup crew and owner of the company. All involved were extremely professional. Work was done in an expedient, timely manner. Would very highly recommend. And will definitely use for upcoming home projects.

They are a VERY HARD-WORKING crew - and the owner of the company made multiple supervisory visits and was extremely attentive to any questions or needs I had and acted upon them promptly. As mentioned earlier, they got a major roofing job done in 2 LONG days, working up until 8:30pm to get the last of sunlight.

I had an older brick chimney torn down and rebuilt, front porch brick repaired and limestone treads replaced, my back porch treads were replaced/repaired and the cap stones on top of a long retaining wall were replaced. The work was great and the price was reasonable. The guys were so nice and accommodating. Minor language barrier but well worth the minor trouble.

Mark was excellent providing options and explaining the process, the work crew were efficient and professional. The new roof looks great and our property was left completely clean.
