Donna and Mark are a great team. Donna provided a very good selection of solutions for my condo windows, and worked with me to select the best solution at an affordable price. Roller shades were delivered in a very good time frame. Mark did a very professional installation. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful customer experience start to finish. Donna responded to my inquiry promptly, provided a written estimate, and scheduled the work in my desired time frame. Her husband, Mark, arrived on time and restrung cords, cut cords to a safer length, replaced a broken bracket and rehung shade, and cleaned a small stain--all at a very fair price. Donna and Mark were friendly and courteous throughout. It is my pleasure to recommend this family-owned business and I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Very grateful for him saving my living room blind which has been discontinued by manufacturer. His wife was very personable and knowledgeable with troubleshooting.
