All Right Heating, A/C & Plumbing

I called All Right Heating, AC & Plumbing because I needed someone to look at my bathroom shower faucet, it was leaking badly.
A man by the name of Zack answered the phone.  He is the owner of the company.  I explained to him how I have been having trouble with this faucet for many years. I hate to waste water, especially hot water, and used to have to go down my basement after every use to shut the water off so it wouldn't drip.  We are a family of six and it was very inconvenient for us to have to do this every time we needed to use the shower.  This same problem was fixed many times over the years but it never seemed to last very long and would start dripping again.  Without a doubt it was time to have it replaced.  
Zack was extremely polite on the phone and came to my house the same day to look at the faucet.  I liked that he gave me several options on how to resolve the problem.  He seemed to be very honest and fair.  He gave me a great price and I told him to go ahead with the job.  He replaced the faucet the same day and cleaned up so well that you would have never known he was there!  I was extremely pleased with his work and the professional way he handled himself.  I'm thrilled that I no longer have to deal with this problem and I love the way the new faucet looks!  Zack did an outstanding job and I would definitely recommend "All Right Heating, AC & Plumbing" to all my family and friends.  I would not hesitate to call on them again with any future problem that may arise - he has made a loyal customer out of me!

Great company, called to get an estimate to replace the water heater. they came on time with no charge to give free estimate.
The technician was nice and knowledgable, he explain everything and what need to be done to update the water to meet the building codes, the price was right comparing to the other estimates.
Did a wonderful job, were clean and professional,definitely will use them again, and will recomand them
 

Once again I used there service, but this time I had a main sewer line backing up in the basement, called zack who came on time and snaked the mainline, he was clean and neat. Once again thank you for a great service you provide.

On 2/18/2014, I woke up with no heat in the house, and the house temp was below 55 degree, the house was freezing, got panic and start calling few companies, after three hours, one company showed up and they start telling me that the furnace is old and need to be replace and the cost of the repair is too high. I didn't like what they were telling me. Then I called All Right Heating and Zack answer the call, and told me within one hour he will be there. Zack came on time, and he was so polite and professional, he starts explaining the problem and guide me through my system, and explain that the system is fine and no need to replace, and fixed the problem in no time. His price was every very reasonable , I will surely use him again, and will recommend him to everyone.

They came and replaced the tail piece, but he also replaced the connection because he felt it was not connected to the line correctly. It started to leak again. He did come back to look at it and he said he would not stand by his work because the part was faulty. They installed a faulty part and did not want to replace it until I found out that as a licensed plumber you are responsible for the parts that you do use for a year. I think that this company overcharged me and they are not reputable. I really feel that they do not stand behind their work. I did submit it to the Attorney General's office.
