Feel free to know that we have a satisfaction guarantee on all our work, however if stains are there for longer than 6 months, they can "set" into the fibers and stain them. If you call us back within 3- 5days and you are not satisifed, we will come back at no charge to do a second run. Sometime it is needed on stubborn stains. Hope this helps! They could make an effort to do the complete job, if they see something needs to be moved, move it and clean under it.
