Work was great, highly recommend.

They were fine.  I have dogs and they got out all of the stains and smells.  It was easy to schedule and I was able to pay with a credit card on the spot.  The technician was very professional.

I am so very pleased with their service.  The Representative arrived on time, he was very polite and personable.  He was very efficient and did a wonderful job. I will be sure to recommend your company to anyone who needs carpet cleaning!

Scheduling was very easy and I had no issues.  I liked the quality of cleaning and the customer service.  It took them around an 1 1/2 hours to complete the work.

I didn't have any problems with scheduling.  I knew when I wanted it done and called him ahead of time.  It was a one man team with truck-mounted equipment.  He did a very thorough job.  He even moved the furniture. I would  consider calling him again if his prices are still reasonable.  The carpets looked good when he done.

Scheduling was pretty simple.  They were very professional and friendly.  They did not come with a certain truck than they usually use, so they didn't have the nozzle that they needed to clean up, and there was still a bit of grit left.  However, I was satisfied with the service.

I used them for a couple of years.  It was pretty easy to schedule service and they let me know if they were ever running late.  Everything looked good when they were done.  They were always friendly and were willing to work on any tough stains.

It was great and they were good.  I used them for a couple of years before I moved from the area.  They always did an excellent job, were very careful of everything in the house, and everyone was friendly.

We’ve used them for 3-4 years. They are very good. It was easy to schedule service. They wear protection on their shoes so they don’t tack anything on the rug and they have me check over the work before they go.

I’ve used them twice.  They picked up the Oriental rug and had it done the next day.  It was gorgeous.  The carpets dried quickly and they did a good job.  You can go online to schedule service and they often come out the next day.  They are very timely, the work is very good, and I would highly recommend them.

Derek was very professional. Did a very good, thorough job. Helped move furniture, cleaned spots. Will definately recommend 'High quality carpet cleaning' to friends and family.

On time and efficient operation.  Did good job, but carpet stains on one carpet still evident, and some residuals on tough to clean upholstery.  For the price, a very fair job.

The provider was prompt and pleasant. However, the carpet had some minor spots. They remained. Moreover the carpet remained wet for about ten hours. My Bissel does extraction better. Then while the price was okay the provider on the phone did not indicate we were out of his area for which there was a minimum cost of $149 when it would have cost $120. No big deal,but not up front either.

Guys were were courteous and responsive. Came on time and cleaned up properly.

Doninick of High Quality Carpet returned my call almost immediately and was quick to get to the location for an inspection.  He came back the same day with the dehumidifiers and antifungal spray. The carpet now looks better than it did prior to the damage (and we had cleaned it annually). 

I considered the price for the service to b every reasonable, as did the insurance adjuster.

They did a great job.  There’s nothing that I disliked about them.  They were prompt.  They were early and were quick.  I would probably give them the top rating.  I was very pleased and I liked the price.  The price was reasonable too.  I will use them again in the future if I need to.

The work turned out good. We were happy with them. They came on time and they didn’t leave a mess; they did everything they were supposed to. I have recommended them to my mom.
