They are a low key family business that do an excellent job for an unbelievably affordable price. I hired them for a relative who had a room that needed a deep cleaning because of pet stains and urine. Their treatment wasn't strong enough to fully remove the smell however, it decreases significantly. In fact, they are returning to do other carpeted rooms that just need a freshen up because of their work and affordability.

I was satisfied with the service and will use them again. They cleaned carpets in 4 rooms, passage and stairs.

We had two houses cleaned, a rental and our home. They were very thorough getting out the tough stains and accommodating to our schedule. I will hire them again whenever I need my carpets cleaned.

One of the bedroom rugs is now all rippled. The owner assured me that the rippling would subside when the carpeting dried and that he would phone me. Not only did the rug not return to normal, the owner never phoned me. I noticed he immediately that day cashed my check. My rugs use to be very soft, now they are hard as a rock when I walk on them in my bare feet. My rugs were just slightly soiled. When the rugs dried, many of the slight soils returned. They used my bathtub for water to fill their machine. When they finished, they left my tub filthy. I had to ask for additional plastic squares to place under my furniture legs so the legs would not stain the wet carpeting.

Very professional. Even cleaned a small area of another rug for no charge. Worked on stains for no additional cost. Great price and very customer service oriented. Father and son team. On time and left my place looking great!

What an excellent company! I would recommend them to anyone. Frank came early with his assistant, did a thorough and professional job, and did not try to "add on" services (a problem with most carpet cleaners). The carpet has taken a beating over the last four months, and he brought out the original beauty of it.

Frank was terrific! He came a bit earlier than he projected and he and his helper jumped right on the carpet cleaning. My carpet looks terrific and didn't take a long time to dry; and trust me, he had a really dirty carpet to clean. They were neat and made sure that there were carpet protectors under each piece of furniture. Never again will we rent a Rug Doctor on our carpets.

They arrived on time, finished on time, used nonhazardous, nonodiferous chemicals (I have cats), were friendly, thorough and got the carpets clean, except for one permanent stain that got much lighter. Which they pointed out to me or I wouldn't have noticed. Only forgot to put protector pads under one table.

Frank was quick and reliable. He taught me that a wet carpet was not always a throw-away. He used high tech equipment to disinfect, deodorize and save my carpet at a great price. He even let me borrow his drying fan for a few days to make sure the carpet was dry. Great service.
