Mark and his team worked quietly in over 90 degree heat to replace casement windows with sliders in our townhouse. All debris was cleaned up after work was completed. Was very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism, and highly recommend them.

The entire process was great. We met with a Mark Anderson a couple of months prior. He demonstrated the product and answered all of our questions. We had shopped around with other brands of windows and contractors and we ended up using Mark. Mark was professional, gave a clear explanation of what was going to happen and when. The guys that installed the windows were professional and efficient. We had a couple of very minor "adjustments" that needed to be made and they were handled promptly. We were very happy with Mark and the windows and our house looks great.

. Absolutely incredible experience in every way. Please call this company before going with anyone else. I guarantee you will be so happy from first meeting to installation. After placing my order with windows place plus, mark explained I should not be expecting my windows in 2 weeks. In fact he stated it would be at least a couple of months wait. I have to say I got a lil Ansy after the 2 months and called because I was so anxious since meeting with him and placing my order. He quickly returned my call to say he only uses certain trusted installers that are long time employees and just a little backed up from the winter. Got a call 2 days later to set the installation. . Now I have to say after seeing these (3) casement windows with my country grids any amount of wait time would have been well worth it . We are so blown away by the quality of our top of the line gorgeous windows for the price that we paid. I mean Gorgeous. From my first phone call to the woman on the phone ( who I later found out to be marks wife) to the beautiful completed installation this company is by far the most amazing company I could have ever found to buy my windows from. They are top of the line,well insulated, argon glass and guaranteed for life, we have gotten many windows since our first home 30 years ago through different companies including window wizards, and the windows or installation finishing touches could not compare in any way to this company. Cannot wait to order new bedroom windows.

Mark Anderson came out and gave me a real nice quote on a Bow Window with 4 windows opening with triple pane that was at a price that was within the prices of other contractors. He showed pictures of previous jobs and offered options that other contractors would not. Mind you that all I was asking for was a metal roof over the Bow window and to make it as low of a profile as possible. I have a Tudor face to my house and did not want to see a shingled roof as that would detract from the Tudor appeal. Other contractors only wanted to put on a square shingled roof over a Bay window as they would try to talk to me out of a Bow window. They would not listen to what I wanted... Now Mark assured me that everything was guaranteed to meet my satisfaction as the company website states it's just that i would have to wait a couple of months to get the work done. Being skeptical because of previous dealings with contractors, I reviewed Angie's List for reviews and they are consistent with the timeline which tells me something. Which is Mark is in such demand because of the exemplary work they do! I have to give kudos to Hugh and his 2 crew members on the job they did, too. Professional, timely, explained everything and Hugh paid attention to the details, check handles operate smoothly, opening & closing the 4 windows, adjusting the windows until satisfied! He even called in the manufacturer to report the handles did not work properly. He stated they did not crank smoothly. I tested it and to my determination I would have said they were normal but when the manufacturer's rep came out the following week from Ohio. He stated they were faulty too and replaced them on the spot and he gave me all the pertinent info. i.e; case no, and to call if any problems come up. That is nice to know the company stands behind its products as the warranty is also transferable to the next owner of the house.
My wife is extremely pleased with the metal roof as it is barely view-able from the street and it does enhance the the Tudor. Exactly what we were looking for as we did use some of Marks suggestions for model, color, glass and sun protection.
So after the job was finished in 1 day, I am writing this with such gratitude that Mark and his team delivered what was promised. Overall, Mark is an honest fellow with great recommendations and suggestions that were refreshing. Mark's team has restored my confidence in contractors. The only thing I regret is not getting my other windows done!

We moved into our home just over a year ago. The last owner had every window replaced except one. This one window was original to our thirty year old home. After a year of searching, The Window Place Plus was the only company I could find that would replace one window. Everyone else said they couldn't waste their time. The owner came out and showed us a variety of windows. He helped us choose what was best for us. The cost was very reasonable. The job was performed in an hour. Thanks for helping us out. I will use them again if I need any more windows replaced.

MARK ANDERSON, THE PRESIDENT, SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME HELPING ME UNDERSTAND A "QUALITY WINDOW". HE HELPED ME SELECT THE PERFECT WINDOW FOR THE LOCATION AND UTILITY OF THE ROOMS. THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE BASEMENT WAS IMMEDIATE. THE NEW WINDOWS ELIMINATED ALL DRAFTS AND REDUCED NOISE.
THE INSTALLATION TEAM SET THE STANDARD FOR EXPERTISE. SCOT AND HUGHIE ARRIVED ON TIME, FOCUSED ON THE INSTALLATION TASK, AND, EXPLAINED EVERY FACET OF THE WINDOW BEFORE LEAVING. THE TEAM AT THE WINDOW PLACE IS WELCOMED TO RETURN.
I AM DEVELOPING A PLAN TO BRING THEM BACK FOR ADDITIONAL WINDOWS, AS WELL AS, OTHER ITEMS TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY AND APPEARANCE OF MY HOME.

It went very well. No complaints whatsoever on the installation. Also, at the front end, I appreciate that Mark satisfied my need for a certain amount of documentation I prefer to have when getting work done. Mark and Hugh were responsive and always answered my questions...the reason I put B for responsiveness instead of A is that I consider A for "anticipatory" (getting to me before I have a question)...which is a high expectation I admit I have.

We had tried to clean our windows. In doing so, one of the windows came off the track. We could not get it corrected
even after trying for several hours.
We called hoping they would remember us. As we said. it was fixed in one day with a smile and no charge at all

Many of my neighbors had used Window Place Plus so I asked for a quote from them first.
I was impressed with the quality of the windows, Mark's knowledge of my neighborhood, the talent and professionalism of his staff who were all employees. I especially loved the large box bay window which included a beautiful interior wood surround -- essentially all of the parts necessary to make an extraordinary roomy window seat.
So why have I waited so long to review this service? I wasn't a member of Angie's list back then. I saw the crew doing my next door neighbor's windows last month and was reminded of the perfection of my "new" windows ten years later.
I don't think you can go wrong with Window Place Plus.

No pressure, no hassle. Window is an excellent product with great rating. I get sun all afternoon and it was quite hot in summer in living room. Now you cannot even feel warmth coming through the new bay window that was installed. Crew very courteous and cleanup immaculate. Anderson takes his time explaining every feature about the product to be installed, gives you a price.

I've had The Window Place Plus Exteriors out on four separate occassions since moving into my Cherry Hill home back in March 2011. First I had some double hung windows (June 2011) on the 2nd floor replaced. The did an excellent job and capped the outside of the windows with aluminum. Till this day the windows look and work great, there is no signs of the caulk around the window detaching from the substrate. It is obivous they used high quality materials when installing the windows. Since then I've had a couple other windows (original to the house) replaced and even a garden window installed where no window was present before. The install of the garden window, in particular, was impressive. I left for work in the morning with no window on the wall above my kitchen sink, came home and the window was installed as if it had always been there. The window was installed over top of brand new kitchen cabinets. I was concerned of potential scratching on the kitchen cabinets and sink however the install job was immaculate. They not only installed the window with no damage, scratches or anything to the new kitchen cabinets but completely cleaned up and made absolutely no mess at all. Even with cutting through the wall to the house there was no dust or debri of any kind. I have had other contractors come out and do good work however they leave my house a complete mess with dust and debri, in this case other than a brand new window in the wall I couldn't tell that anyone had actually been in the house doing work. I would definitely recommend The Window Place Plus Exteriors!
