Horrible. The shingles did not lay flat, the bulged in several locTions. The contractor said the bulges will subside after it settles. No can do. I wish I could upload pictures of my roof. They came back out 2x after and still the issues is not resolved. Oh yeah, the cut my cable wires -go figure. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR. I also alerted the BBB.

We have come to find out they're advertising the same type of job for a third of what we contracted, so we're already overpaying. We will take that as a lesson learned, and hoped that the extra they're charging us would mean some sort of urgency to the whole project... but no.
They rarely actually show up, and if they do, it's several hours later than they say they will be there. So far it's been almost 3 months for a simple basement! And it's not done! Walls, ceiling, electrical and carpet- that's it! They can't be bothered to do it in 3 months. Here are some example excuses as to why they can't show up, even though they told us they would be there on specific days:
- Someone's uncle died (true or not, we don't know)
- Car broke down
- It's raining (so they can't work INSIDE?)
- Have other jobs scheduled
...and the list goes on. These should NOT be the customers' problems, and if something does come up, all we asked for was a phone call so we were not sitting and waiting for someone to show up. This happened approximately 10-15 different days.
Yet, they cashed those checks mighty quickly and continue to nickel and dime us for whatever they think they can. They are unprofessional and act like they're so over-booked they can't possibly get to our job. Well, then, don't take our job if you can't do it.
We've filed a complaint with the BBB and hope that this mess will be over soon. 
If this is advice for anyone - DO NOT go with these people. They will take your money and never show up, and a simple project will turn into a never-ending hassle for more money and no work completed.

Awful! We are out our deposit with NO work started.
