Alex was simply great in getting this fixed. I arranged to meet him after work and I was an hour late. He waited for me and then fixed it right on the spot. It took maybe 30 minutes all in. He had all the tools and parts required at his fingertips. Couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend.

The job was completed and the recliner is once again working. It was a broken spring, and I was happy he had the appropriate replacement part and was able to install it.

Alexander O’Harro called me from his truck one day when he was in the area and came to my house immediately. He fixed a couple of small items right away and took a dresser drawer with him in order to refinish it, alone with a second drawer to match the stain color. He returned a few days later with the refinished drawer and a replacement drawer knob. When I realized the replacement knob was too long, he took the previously broken knob and repaired it, re-stained it, and re-installed it, all while in my home. Excellent work, takes time and care, very professional.

Mr. O’harro contacted me I immediately. He scheduled to come the next day and showed up as scheduled. He covered his shoes with booty’s to enter my home. He was very professional and able to resolve my issue. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to a friend.

not good Rosenberger could not fix it

I read all of the outstanding reviews. I called Mr. O'harro on Monday & he came over that evening (on time)! In about 1 hr. he had the sofa fixed, he had me recline in it a few times of course to make sure everything was working properly. I paid him for his service & told him I will use him for a few other repairs (upholstering). Later on I sat on the sofa & It would not recline!! I called him at 9:00pm & he told me "I'll be there tomorrow morning". He called the next morning to say he was on his way. The sofa is fixed! He said "you have a 3 month warranty on the repair" Mr. O'harro is an exceptional man/business man! He does take pride in providing the best service & he make's sure his customer's are satisfied as stated in his description. Not just words, but by his actions. I am very happy!

Very well. Alexander's work exceeded my expectations. My husband had a very old desk and chair from his grandfather. I wanted to surprise my husband with getting the pieces refinished. Alexander came to my home and picked up the pieces and delivered them back in time for Christmas. When Alexander arrived with the desk and chair, my husband couldn't believe they were the same pieces that were in our basement for years. Alexander is very kind and very professional! The workmanship was excellent. i am very happy with the finished product. Alexander is now refinishing an old cedar chest that belonged to my Mother who is now deceased.
