Start to finish, about 2.5 hours and the work was professional, Bruce was clean and respectful of my home, and he was very helpful with tips and suggestions on other questions I had for a licensed plumber.

It was excellent. Its refreshing to have services performed by an honest owner/operator. 

Bruce is the only guy that I would ever trust my plumbing to.  He is punctual, reliable, honest, and affordable.  I got his number as a recommendation from my realtor after some issues with a big name company and was astouned the first time he came by the house.  Bruce has done a lot in our home from snaking clogged drains to fixing broken garbage disposals, to installing a new sink and fixtures when we redid the kitchen, to fixing my water shut offs, and running water to a slop sink in the laundry room.  He typically comes the same day or next day when we call and I never feel that he is taking advantage of the fact that my wife and I are young newlyweds with no clue about plumbing.  We keep his phone number on the fridge and recommend him to anyone who asks!

He answers calls on a Saturday. Arrived early and worked quickly. Despite the handles not being easy to replace he charged a fair price and work was good quality. Very satisfied.

It was very, very good.  The price is right.  He was here exactly when he said he would be and he did the work.  I had gotten his name from my son-in-law and hooked him up in Angie's list and he was there.  There were five comments and he was local.  He also did work for my son-in-law and he's in the business for forty years; he said that on the Angie's List page.

He warmed up the pipes by running the water and the hot water came out.

Bruce was a total professional from start to finish. From the first phone call , to his last day on the job things went well. When you think of a friendly, experienced, and fair plumber, Bruce Jackson could not fit the description better. He's snaked our sewer line several times, installed gas applicances for us, and moved our fixtures for remodeling jobs. Each time he delivered quick, effective work with friendly service and a price tag less than half of our best quotes from the major named plumbing services. He's only one guy, but that means your job gets his undivided attention and care. I cannot recommend him more.

My dining room ceiling was coming down from water damage. My personal trainer recommended Bruce Jackson because he'd been working with him for so many years and said he was great guy. Boy, was my trainer correct!! Bruce came over and inspected the problem only to find out that it wasn't a plumbing issue at all, but had to do with my leaking air conditioning unit. He spent some time talking with me about this and gave me tips on what to do to fix it. Very well. I was extremely relieved that I didn't have to get a new hot water heater -- at least not yet. Bruce did tell me to and quot;keep an eye on the hot water heater because it is oldand quot;. I do have to get a new kitchen faucet but, for the time being, I'll work with what I have. Hopefully, the faucet is the culprit of low hot water pressure.
I thought the price Jackson and amp; Sons charged was very fair and I was so happy that Mr. Jackson was able to come out so quickly.

I found him to be wonderful. I have been using him for the past 2 years now with other things . He is reputable and does the job right. He has got such a nice way about him. He is a very nice and happy person. He is very honest. His prices are wonderful. He is an excellent plumber. If he was single I would marry him. He is also licensed.
