Upon initial meeting Michele was very professional and seemed to understand our design needs. I felt the fee for the services discussed was reasonable so a contract was signed upon first meeting. Several weeks later Michele returned with what I thought was going to be design drawings. What was presented to me was a pencil rough drawing of one room (several were discussed) and one picture each of four items discussed as well as books of wallpaper. I donà ¢à  à  t have wallpaper in my home nor do I want any wallpaper in my home. The style of the pictures of the four items did not match the style discussed. I was quite disappointed at this first design meeting and I didnà ¢à  à  t feel at all the connection and understanding from Michele I had at our first introductory meeting. When I inquired about seeing samples and sitting in chairs Michele told me she doesnà ¢à  à  t work that way. Everything is chosen from photos. This is my first experience with a designer so I did not know to ask that question at the time of our first meeting. Michele left and sent me an email two weeks later with photos of area rugs. I responded to the email with likes and comments with the expectation of a second meeting. I NEVER HEARD FROM MICHELE EVER AGAIN. This was a VERY disappointing experience and a complete waste of my time and money. A professional would return my money as there were NO services rendered. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DESIGNER and I am disappointed that Home Advisor would allow this unprofessional conduct

I thoroughly enjoyed working with iDesign. Michelle was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She helped us develop a plan to update our home with the goal of selling in a few years and she did a fantastic job.

Michelle is fantastic and is more than willing to work within your budget.

Michelle is awesome!! Pleasant, punctual, courteous and extremely professional. We were so lucky to have found her. She designed our entire house top to bottom. This was a huge project lasting months to accomplish. She had all the contractors to cover the scope of our project - general contractor, painters & plumbers. She facilitated the purchases of all of the materials, fixtures and even went to our home to accept deliveries of the goods. If you’re considering remodeling or interior design work you’d be crazy not to meet with her! Peter & Zoe

She goes above and beyond to get it just right and make everyone happy! So now we plan on utilizing her design services to have our ENTIRE first floor updated, with new paint color, window treatments & furniture."
