After getting about half a dozen quotes, we ultimately decided to go with Home Genius Exteriors. They were the most expensive of all the options, but we chose them because we knew exactly what we wanted, and they clearly understood our requirements. The process began with Lois, who was extremely helpful with all the initial paperwork. Then Alyssa took over and was consistently in touch with us—updating us on the schedule and rescheduling as needed due to weather delays. On install day, the crew showed up bright and early at 7 AM—just as promised. They got started right away. All materials and the dumpster had already been delivered days in advance, so there were no delays. They quickly set up tarps around the house and began removing the old shingles and boards—we opted for a full deck replacement. Joe, the project manager, stayed in contact via phone and text, letting me know he’d be arriving a bit later. That wasn’t an issue at all because his foreman, Ivan, had everything well under control. Once Joe arrived, we discussed a few things, and some minor adjustments were made based on my requests. The entire process was smooth—Joe was professional and made sure I was happy with everything. The crew finished around 4 PM, and then spent nearly 90 minutes on cleanup, making sure no nails were left behind—especially on the driveway. Overall, we're very happy with the service provided by Lois, Alyssa, Joe, and Ivan. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. As for the quality and performance of the product, it’s still a bit early to judge, but so far, everything looks great. Thank you, Home Genius Exteriors!

The crew was professional, awesome and did a great job.

The installation was completed within 1 day and looked good on the house. Mr. Kotarski was in communication throughout the process and completed a final inspection and explained the process of installation and clean up in detail.

They were extremely through in their analysis of the problem and the execution of the remedy. They were timely, professional, Polite, and efficient. I would give them my highest recommendation!!

Very reliable friendly crew that did the siding! Showed up early and worked hard all day. The project manager was also great! My only issue was that a final walk through or asking about concerns was never done and there are a lot of nails/ garbage/ materials left behind. I’ve work with other companies and they always make it seem like they were never at my home working but not the case here. I do have little kids so I had to walk through and pick up a lot of nails on my porch and yard. Also I was told that I would get an extra piece of siding so I could color match it but again that did not happen. But over all a very good experience
