they called me the same day i requested estimates for the service

3 very polite and helpful young men came to help me load a uhaul going to Austin TX. They helped me with EVERYTHING!!! I am so glad I went with All Sons Moving, The work was definitely quality. I will always call All My Sons first from now on!!! Thanks You Guys!!!!

They were the worst damaged a lot of my belongings also they were so unprofessional. I could have hired some homeless people of the street to do a better job. Please pick another mover just not all my sons!

I was impressed with the personal care and communication with this company. The representative arrived ontime for a very thorough room to room evaluation and Cost estimation. I actually purchased all of my storage boxes on Amazon based on his recommendation of needs.... I was just two small boxes over! The manager called in advance of moving day and again on moving day to keep me informed and to answer any questions. I called him back only once to ask how much folks tip these hard working guys! (Not based on percent of total cost). My moving team was outstanding! They took excellent care of every piece of furniture and every box. They disassembled and reassembled all the necessary pieces with expert care!! When all was said and done, my final bill was exactly as estimated! No additional fees thanks to great communication!!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE ! They failed to show for the move scheduled on the 27th,and rescheduled for the 29th and FAILED TO SHOW AGAIN. I made several calls and was assured they would be there. They finally completed the move on the 30th, and I was promised a discount which was not provided. After several calls and emails I went to their office where I was told the discount did not show because they took it off the top before calculating the bill. I presented them with their stated rate of charges from the beginning which matched up with what I ended up paying. They then informed me that somehow the system had me scheduled with a much higher rate and then adjusted the bill and provided a $310.00 refund. Not only was I stood up once but twice, and lied to about the discount, which certainly was not worth the aggravation. The men who did the move were great. - Joseph R.

PLEASE READ! I don?t know where to begin other than to feel like I was scammed. This was a top rated company on here so I called. Got a response immediately and set up appt with a move coordinator who came to my home to provide an estimate. A full pack and move. Something I?ve never done. I was promised quality people and my items would be handled with care. NOT THE CASE! Many of my belongings were put in boxes with no wrapping -damaged. My furniture was damaged. The floors in my house were scratched. My Christmas decorations were crushed. The movers left items at my other house that should have been moved. It wasn't until I reached out to the move coordinator to express my concerns, that she responded I'm off on family time today?...Jason will call you. All he said when I told him what was happening was ?I?m sorry to hear that?. Really?!? Where?s the service promised? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The estimates are too good to be true...because it?s a misrepresentation of what you actually get. Check them out on social media. There a whole group dedicated to problems with this company!! Had I seen that page, I never would have hired them. Lesson learned!!

We had the team of Brian, Francis, Jacob and Darneil today for our move. They awesome..Made a very stressful thing like moving so pleasant..All men were polite and very respectful of our belongings..Everything was explained in detail beforehand and they went above and beyond of what I expected..I would highly recommend All My Sons especially this particular team!!

Very unprofessional. Movers didn't bring tools and asked me for tools. Overcharged me and verbally promised a credit and I have yet to get the credit. Badly scratched the elevators in my building because movers jammed my furniture into the elevator. Very disappointing. I would not hire this company every!

While they did a great job, they did take an extended lunch and charged me the time for it. They were great guys and I absolutely do not mind them having lunch of course, however the company should not be charging me money for this.

They were fantastic!! Two day job, two different states. So easy to work with, they were great!

Aside from arriving 30 minutes before we were told they d arrive (at 7:45), these guys were professional and efficient on a terribly hot day. The only complaint I have is that a glass top for a coffee table never made it from Mom s house to her new apartment less than half a mile away, nor did it find its way into our 5x5 storage unit a few miles up the highway. When I called the office to speak to the manager in charge that day about the glass, I was told that the crew has cleaned out the truck and there was nothing left in it, and no explanation was offered. I was disappointed that no one confessed to breaking the glass (unless it spontaneously combusted). The young men who moved Mom did such a good job, but someone was a bit less than honest with us.

It was too expensive. The final bill was double the estimate. Only one of the three workers was able to take apart and put together the furniture the other two slowly moved the furniture on and off the truck.

I canâ t begin to thank Jason and the movers at all my sons. I had scheduled a move for a family member in Philly (I live in Maryland) for Monday Memorial day on very short notice. We ended up having an emergency situation 4 days prior to the scheduled move and when I called Jason I was not expecting the level of help and cooperation that I received. Within an hour and a half of my call the movers were at my family memberâ s home. Because of the situation that was happening with my family member there was a lot of confusion creating a lot of back-and-forth. I just looked at my phone to see that Jason called me 4 times to keep me informed of what was going on. He explained the moving costs in detail and kept updating me on the charges as well as the progress of the move. I spent 20 years in the military moving around the world, and have had 4 moves since retiring. So I know the level of effort it takes, as well as the cost. All My Sons was more than reasonable and worth every penny. I can tell you that the people at this company are the most hard working, attentive, and compassionate that I have ever encountered. I highly recommend them. And Jason should get a bonus for his over the top customer service!!

The movers- were physically smaller than myself I hired three people as recommended - one was violent - he had the so sue me attitude., he even taunted me to do exactly that. The other two were constantly calming him down. His exact words were here is the claim number, just remember you signed the liability for less than a dollar for a pound. There were multiple occasions when I asked the guys if something I had said or done offended them - but they were dumbstruck as well. Just to point out that I was not being offensive - I even bought them refreshments/etc. I had two heavy items which I wanted to call professionals for - the bedframe and my TV unit - and BOTH were damaged. One of which is beyond repair. I would never again hire or recommend. I do believe it is the people and not company policy at this point,as the other two were good to work with. going through the claims - will find out how much the company cares.

I am Navy retired and never in 17 moves has the experience been some trouble free.
