Movers beware - if I could give a zero star, I would. We booked with All My Sons Moving company to load our belongings, store them overnight, and unload the following day. When they called to confirm the day prior, we were told they couldn?t hold our belongings overnight and quote ?I can?t make a truck appear?. After working with our agent to re-work our closing, we were confirmed to do exactly as we were led to believe (as stated above), with movers arriving to load the truck between 8-10am the following morning. 10:30 rolls around, my wife calls to check on arrival time, only to be told at that time that they are CANCELLING OUR JOB? day of our move. Not our problem, as a customer, that your trucks are stuck at another job in Vermont? Figure it out. To have our cancelled moving job compared to ? waiting in line at Wawa for coffee? is absurd! Completely unprofessional and if we hadn?t called to check, we wouldn?t have known they weren?t showing up? no communication at all! DO NOT USE

Wow, All My Sons was incredible for my apartment move. We booked them to move my items into storage. They called when they were on their way, showed up on time, and were extremely courteous and professional. It was a warm day and they have a hard job, but they always had a smile on their faces. They wrapped and secured our items so they'll be protected in storage. They made taking our stacked washer/dryer down the steps look easy. If we offered to help, they very nicely said they'll take care of it. What stood out most was how fast and efficient they were and how pleasant they are. Yermin led his team with Terron and Luis and everyone was excellent! Thank you all for making our day incredibly smooth. We'll call them when its time to move again.

Awful company. Total rip off, bait and switch, then lied about a pending refund for their mistake that was then deleted. Horrible customer service call center that is useless. No way to talk to anyone high enough that actually cares about their job or reputation, unless none of them do.

Two trucks with 4 guys moved us from a 2BR home onto a 1BR apartment. One truck trash, the other with furniture. Guys were professional and completed work within several hours. I highly recommend them.

Unprofessional company. I had a high value Swiss watch go missing after my move. The management team that handles theft/loss have not returned my emails or phone calls. They don?t feel responsible for my loss. Basically turns out I hired a company to go through my personal belongings while I was in another room. Help themselves to what they wanted. So if you want to hire a company to rob you then this a great company to start with. But if you want to honest hardworking respectful people I would look elsewhere.

my movers were awesome, especially the team leader, Michael Gonzalez. They were fast and efficient. He knew what he was doing and did it with a great attitude. The office team on the other hand get a low rating from me. I was quoted one price and by the end of my move it doubled. I was very specific on what was moving where and my price still doubled. not good since I am on a tight budget. I called the office and answered email from at least 5/6 different people with one small move.
