This was simply put the best home repair I have ever experienced in all our years of home ownership. Everyone from the office staff, to the finance folks to the job site technicians were professional, friendly and thoroughly committed to the project. I especially want to call out: Jonathan, Jimmy, Tricia & Margie who were fantastic.

Lloyd Joseph, technician for Pipe Works showed up and did excellent work; firstly, by making me feel comfortable in knowing that I wasn't being taken for a ride, and secondly, by making me feel confident in the quality of work he would provide. He conducted a video inspection of the sewer line with drain cleaning, which entailed the removal and reset of the toilet, supplied and installed a clean out cap.

On one of the hottest days of the year, I called Pipe Works @ 6:30AM to see if/when a technician could come out to fix our A/C. Given the timing (heatwave, Friday morning, height of summer), I was not expecting to see a technician until much later in the day -- if at all. Not the case! The phone was answered promptly and I was advised a technician would call me back in 15 minutes (which they did) and the technician said he would be at our home by 8:30 (which he was). He quickly diagnosed the problems, patiently explained what needed to be done, and had our A/C back up and running within 2.5 hours. I've used Pipe Works on a number of home improvement jobs and always been impressed with the quality of their work. My experience with the A/C repair was stellar and I will gladly call them if/when a similar issue arises in the future.

Lloyd came and told us he could not service our hot water heater, as it was over 20 years old. He told us what was required in a new one. He came back the following day and started to work. 2 days later we had a brand new water heater!

My garden hose faucet was leaking and needed to be replaced. The company was very quick to respond, employee was courteous and explained required work, very neat, spent about an hour completing the work. The price was, in my opinion, extraordinarily high for the work that was required. I would not use them again nor would I recommend them for that reason.

Arrived on time. Explained what needed to be done in detail and answered all my questions. Very pleasant plumber. Cleaned up afterwards. Did a wonderful job. Going forward, pipe works will handle all my plumbing needs.

I found pipe works online and saw good reviews, so called them on a Sunday night. They were very responsive in returning my call and offered to have a plumber out the same night or Monday btw 9 and 12. I decided to wait until Monday and Mario came over about 3. He was very knowledgable and confident the problem could be fixed. He put my mind at ease and explained to me what was happening and how he could fix it. He was very pleasant and patient with my questions and recommended solutions for some of my other plumbing improvements. Thank you Mario! He also offered a camera inspection of the sewer. Within the an hour, Ray came over, used a camera to inspect my sewer drain and showed me the video. I feel fortunate to have found Pipe Works and that the professionals who worked on my drain were knowledgable, skilled plumbers who game me expert advice. I will definitely use this company again.

My wife called them and she was told that they charge $100 to provide an estimate. The $100 would be credited to us if we were to use them. I could not believe it and called myself and was told the same. Let me get this straight, I would have to pay them for an opportunity to do work for me? Strange concept. I have worked in the commercial real estate development industry for 20 years. If I paid people to come out and provide estimates for simple work, Our projects would be bankrupt! What a scam. From the reviews it looks like they do good work but this practice is not right.

My water softener died, wasn't sure if I wanted another or something different. I visited Pipe Works to discuss options, sat with a salesperson and the owner and discussed how the Halo 5 works. Went home, did some online research and although quite a bit more than a new water softener decided to go with Halo 5. It will save me the time, expense and energy of hauling salt home and loading it into the unit. The tech arrived and first we reviewed the current pipe setup and how to replace it. He took nothing for granted making sure to consult me on placement and positioning of valves as well as unit. He proceeded with the job, taking care to not have escaping water all over the basement and explaining and answering questions along the way; very professional.and courteous the entire time. Install complete he cleaned up while we were flushing the house, we did the paperwork (now all online) and he was on his way.

The crew was very efficient and clean. The house is much warmer- no need to use space heaters any more. Would definitely hire them again.

Clean, fast and very kind. Matt and Rick made the job. Happened the next day of the review. Rick showed me future plans for what my needs were so that we didn't over do any job on this time around.

Rheem referred this company. They came twice. The first time the technician came. He checked the tank and told us the water heater is working fine. The problem is the installation. Therefore, I asked the plumber who installed the water heater to adjust all the pipes according to what he told me. However, the problem still existed. I called Rheem again. They sent another technician from Pipe works. This technician was rude and impatient. He told us the water heater was ABSOLUTELY fine, and he didn't know what he could do. Then my wife asked if he could do another check before he left. He then called Rheem. Rheem told him the problem may be inside the blower. He then opened the blower and found the rubber buffer was not in the right position. It took him 15 minutes to fix it. Yes, just that simple, even I can do it if I know this. Although the problem last two weeks was finally solved, we think the technician was not professional at all and lacks the necessary knowledge to repair a water heater. If we didn't insist, he would have left without doing anything.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The rep on the phone was also professional. The issue was that they attempted to up sell me from the moment they walked in the door. I was advised that I would need a new faucet because they don't make it anymore. The total would have been well over 600 dollars. It turns out that the model number of the faucet was taped to one of the pipes underneath sink. I went to home depot and they were able to tell me that it was a Kohler and it has a life time warranty. I called Kohler and told them what my problem was and they were able to identify the exact part I needed. I was also up sold on needing a 6000 dollar water purification system to address the hard water problems. I would agree I have a hard water problem, but they could have recommended a 1000 dollar water softening system as well.

Some rescheduling, but overall satisfied.

I have used PipeWorks for several projects and I would state that they are my go-to plumber. First point of attraction is that they always answer the phone, appointments are booked quickly, and the plumbers show up on time and do take care to be as tidy as possible. On this job which involved moving some plumbing componentry near where the water service enters the home, an unexpected problem arose - where water was seeping into the house from outside. I believe this was always happening but the new work may have exacerbated the situation. Regardless - the team brought in the resources, expertise and manpower to address this new issue without any delay and by 6pm that day, everything was installed and the system was working perfectly. Pricing is the only sticking point. I would say you could likely get plumbing work completed for less $. But, with these guys, you are unlikely to have any headaches. So - depending on your point of view - that could be worth the premium.

Angie's List PipeWorks Very friendly and professional. Put on booties when first entering house. Was extremely meat and courteous. Had all parts on his truck. Didn't mind my dog "helping" out. There were no overages from his estimate. Showed how I could save more money on the final bill. I will be using this company for future plumbing repairs and recommend them to everyone. We did t get any other prices, so I can't compare it to anyone, hence the N/A.

The installation of the A/C unit went all right, however the workers left a mess and did not clean up after themselves. The A/C unit worked for a day or two then it did not. After two months of Pipe works trying to figure out the problem we got the A/C unit to work. It took several techs to come in and try to figure out the problem. The owner Paul was nice and tried to help as best as he could, but since my wife and I had to be at the house once a week for the techs to come and we did not have A/C for the first half of the Summer we will not be using Pipe Works again.

Service went well. They were late due to an emergency but they called in advance to notify me. When they did arrive the technician seemed knowledge and diligent and answered our questions. A/C is working better now so far so good.

Two Pipe Works techs came on two separate times that day. Jonathan was the first tech and replaced the toilet handle. He was prompt, very professional, personable, and solved the problem quickly. I always ask a lot of questions (too many?) and he answered them thoroughly, patiently, and even with enthusiasm(!). I now know more about potential toilet problems than I thought I ever would! In addition, I was concerned about other problematic issues in our house (e.g. A/C, heating with oil vs gas) and again he provided me with valuable information to consider making changes/improvements. I really enjoyed Jonathan's personable and positive style. This was my first time working with Pipe Works and I know that I will use Pipe Works in the future. Zach was the second Pipe Works tech that came. A little after Jonathan left, the same toilet was flushing very slowly. I didn't know if it was related to the toilet handle so I called Pipe Works and they had Zack come within the hour. He checked the toilet handle which was fine (Jonathan had flushed it several times after he fixed it) but discovered that it was clogged. He snaked it and confirmed that something had been dropped in the toilet. He/Pipe Works did this as a courtesy which was super nice and a sign of overall professionalism and good customer service. Zach was also very personable, knowledgeable, and confirmed that I will be using Pipe Works in the future.

We were very pleaded with their quality workmanship and attention to detail Our home was built in the 1920's so many of these projects were a challenge but they succeed all our expectations and than some. Paul Giglio makes sure his workers are trained properly, very respectful and courteous. Paul strives for the highest customer satisfaction and definitely hit the ball out of the park with us. The drainage system they installed didn't quite take care off all the water issues however with just 1 e-mail to Paul he immediately responded with ill be over tomorrow to take a look (I had e- mailed Paul on a Sunday and never expected a response until the next day) he came over said to expect his workers in a few days. Workers arrived, dug more trenches installed perforated pipes and a patio drain The guys worked all day to make sure we would not have any more water issues, before leaving they made sure the property was clean with.
