Ian and his team were at our house within an hour of our call. We were panicked, no idea who to call about a flooded basement. I’m so glad this group was the first to get back to me. Now the sump pump is working and the basement is dry. His team was considerate, worked neatly, and they followed up each day. Definitely recommend them!

I found this company to be easy to deal with from the original scheduling of an appointment, to courteous and knowledgeable representatives who performed all the work with a minimum of disruption.

Two techs came to clean the vents. After they left, the furnace started overheating. I called AdvantaClean back and they asked me to turn-off the furnace for safety. I gave them a second chance to fix it, and they sent the same techs back the next day, who did some cursory cleaning, and still left the returns unclean. The next day I found, with the help of my regular AC maintenance tech, that most of the air returns were left untouched and uncleaned. The debris was left in the main return clogging the furnace. I had to get the money back for the job.

He was on time, professional, told of additional services he could provide.

I was very happy with the professionalism and job the gentlemen did. When I called to inquire about how the job would be done (we live on the 5th floor) the woman was knowledgeable, told me what would happen, etc. when the men arrived, it was done exactly how they said it would happen. They didn't try to upsell me something more that I didn't need. This was one of my concerns.
