Jimmy was professional, personable and inquired over the phone with questions and my input, to lead to the outcome of having to replace the sump pump. He was upfront about the price and time required and kept me updated as to when the techs were on their way. Very experienced and responsible contractor. I had a water main leak. After calling several contractors, I chose Titan, which turned out to be the right decision. The price is fair and Titanâ s crew showed up at 8:00 AM and worked until late evening to turn the water service back on. It was a tough job, involving the use of a backhoe for excavation. I am very happy with the personnel and would not hesitate to use them again if I ever have a plumbing issue.

Professional from start to finish! Jimmy and his team were a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time and kept us apprised of what needed to be done. When they arrived, our basement was completely flooded with at least 4 inches of water. They pumped out the water, replaced both our sump pumps, and the pits. Would totally recommend, and will definitely be using them again in the future.
