James is fantastic! I completely botched up the appointment time. I thought i had scheduled it earlier than i did, but James was so professional. and said no problem i will come now! He came right away and fixed my clogged pipe! he even helped me reset my hot water heater! James is the absolute best! I now know i can call a great, reliable, trustworthy plumber for ANY issues. Jimmy does a great job. He is personable, knowledgeable, and listens to his client's concerns. He unclogged the drain for my bathroom sinks and installed a new drain pipe with no problems. I would definitely higher him again.

James came out late in the night and due to issues with how the sewer line is setup in my house - ran into some problems. I thought he was going to call it quits and come back the next day, but he kept at it until everything was fixed, and it has been good since. Will definitely use him again for similar issues!
