I had a leaking water heater that needed to be replaced. Jimmy showed up on time, quickly installed the new heater, and in the process uncovered an existing leak behind the wall that could have caused a lot of damage if left unfixed. He got rid of my old water heater for me (from my 4th floor walk-up), and left my apartment in great shape. Will definitely be using Titan again.
