First of all, Jimmy explained in detail what needed to be done, gave me a price and then he installed a new sump pump, check valve and piping in the basement and his helper replaced the piping under my kitchen sink and also in the basement. Jimmy gave me warranties for both jobs. They cleaned up after themselves which was great. Jimmy had previously worked for me a few years ago and I would use him again.

The work is very good. I hope that in the future, Titan will follow the scheduled time on time. If there are changes, It should notify the customer in time.

Jimmy was extremely communicative and informative. He explained everything that needed to be done, came over as agreed upon, and got the parts he needed. When he needed to get extra parts, he let me know before hand as the price would change. This Made budgeting processes much easier. I will only be using titan from now on.

They completed the project and figured out the best way to complete. Jimmy and his assistant diligently worked on fixing my two external faucets. They found a way to make future repairs to the faucets easier, as well as, crawled through a crawl space, dealt with bees to fix my faucets.

Jimmy and his Titan team were tremendous. I highly recommend them for sewer line projects. We were closing out an old septic system and needed to connect our house to the town sewer line. Extensive work was needed to install the sewer line and an electric pump over a large distance, that went up a hill and through a rocky surface. We also faced complications with the town permit process. Jimmy and his team handled it beautifully. They were able to adjust on the fly when unexpected complications arose and somehow managed to keep things on schedule. Jimmy communication from beginning to end of the project was great. He kept us informed at every step of the project, He is also a friendly, engaging guy who is a pleasure to work with. Any search for sewer-related projects should begin and end with TitanSewer and Drain.

Jimmy is a great guy! He addressed two leaks on the drain pipe, one at the toilet ring and another one in the laundry (split level home). In terms of price, it was fair. I could have gone with a cheaper route but perhaps not the quality work that Jimmy did for me. He even installed a new toilet valve at no cost! Thanks Jimmy!
