Excellent. Mike was able to clean embedded dirt from our kitchen and bath tiles that I was never able to get clean very well. After Mike was done, our tiles looked like new!

It went exactly as promised. Mike was a pleasure to deal with!

He came to clean the window but ended up breaking so many of french window grids. He never mentioned those and I'm finding more and more broken grids all over the window. Some were broken before he came, but it's gotten so much worse after the window cleaning. If he know he can't take them out and put back without the breakage, he should've professionally not chosen to do so and clean it with grids in place.

Arrived promptly on time, was very professional and did all work discussed on the phone. Took time to protect wood floors from any possible drips from machine used to clean carpets. And also showed what was removed from the carpets after cleaning. Clean and sanitized all bathrooms, clean all kitchen cabinets and steam clean tile floor. Very pleased with everything that was done.

Mike was on time, and set about working. We paid him a reasonable price for cleaning an additional number of windows above the price quote. He also cleaned two skylights for us, that he was able to reach, at no extra cost.

Mike was busy when contacted after purchasing a deal via Angie's List, but once we traded a couple of voicemails, we were able to schedule a good date. We had a couple of extra rooms beyond what was included in the deal voucher, and Mike quoted a fair price. The quality of the work was excellent, and gave our carpets new life.

This is the second time we have used Mike's Sparkle Cleaning Service. Mike is terrific and always does a very thorough job. We highly recommend Mike.

although it was a drastic improvement because the windows were dirty, the screens were left with a lot of residue behind, and some windows were not cleaned without streaks left behind which I needed to spray and wipe off. One of my prescreened windows was completely pulled apart and I was never informed about it. I wasn't too happy about that.

OK. There was some residue on the windows that was not removed. Mike informed me it was staining from the screens being left in year round. I have no way of knowing if this is true. However I was a little disappointed in some of the windows.
