They have only been out twice so far, but they have done a good job.

A lot of extermination companies I called wouldn't come out because it wasn't attached to my house.

They just quietly show up and do their jobs. Nothing special. We haven't had any more problems with the pests.

I really like Viking pest control.
They have been very effective, in making sure we don't have any issues over the summer time.(when bug season is in flurry).
We had a mouse problem from a park and vac that used to be across the street.
So, Viking had came to our house and moved furniture, found holes and sealed them, then they came in on a quarterly plan, and they come in to check and /or  treat for a problem, as many times as you need for $99 a quarter.
They treat the inside and outside of you home.
Use products that won't harm the children, they try to come when the children aren't home so it won't bother them..

I was a little disappointed with the people over the phone and to whom I spoke to because they couldn’t answer questions. But they did finally get back to me with actual service technicians because I ask a lot of questions. I think the thing that impressed me the most was the guy who came to do the inspection with the dog. His explanation of what he was doing and how the dog was trained and things like that. I thought he did a very thorough job. I had also told him to inspect the basement as well which I actually don’t use because I had some of my sisters stuff down there. He also said that he had inspected it twice because I didn’t want to bring back anything to her house. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable in dog handling. I would recommend them to others. I thought that they did a good job. The people over the phone did depress me but the man who came and did the actual inspection was very good. They are reliable, knowledgeable and professional.

Everything has been great. I have been using this company for a long time. They are friendly and professional. They are also available to answer any of your questions.

We have a service agreement with them.  They come out two times a year.  If we need them in-between, they will make a call.  The service turned out very well.  The first time that he came, it had rained so he did not spray.  He explained to my husband that the grass was too wet and it would really just be a waste of money.  He came back two days later and did the work.  They were honest about it.  They have been able to take care of it for us.  We haven't had any problems we needed to address.  They explain to us that what they spray is not harmful to us.  My grandchildren lived with me for a while and I had a pet so they were very good about that.  We have been using them for several years. 

We have an annual contract with them.  They come out on a regular basis, at least quarterly.  The people who come out are very professional and very presentable.  I have called them a couple of times for special assignments.  I have once called them for something that wasn't included in the original contract.  It was extra work.  If rain is predicted, they would use something that is not affected by rain or they would give us an option of coming back another day.  They do their work without even letting us know that they have been here.

They are all good and nice, but Dan, is exceptional. I just love him, he is very knowledgeable, and he does extra to take care of the problem.

I have called three Different times, they never return their call, nor do they ever come for a service. Save your time look for better services

We had an annual contract with Viking to perform extermination services at our home. They would send an invoice with an appointment date for the service usually a week, but often a day or two before the appointment, if you did not receive the service contract in time they still performed the service anyway regardless if you were home or not. The techs they send out know the basics of what they had to do, but could not answer anything outside of that realm. We were in the process of selling the house and the home inspector noticed what he thought was carpenter ant damage. We asked the tech who was doing a regularly scheduled service to examine the problem and confirm if it was actual damage; the tech was unable to do examine this and scheduled his manager to come out to check the issue. The manager came out to verify the issue (it wasn't damaged), however he was unable to provide any written documentation stating this. They wanted to issue their own report and charge me and additional charge. It was only after calling the home office 3 times was I able to get a copy of the service request which stated that he did not find any damage. As I mentioned above we sold the property, therefore we called Viking twice to cancel the contract (once to cancel and another to verify that they actually did have it on record that we canceled it). They verified both times that they did have it on record that we did cancel the contract. In January we received a bill from Viking with an appointment date that was in the past at our new address for services they performed at our old address. When we called to ask them why we were receiving this bill they replied that they had no record of our cancelation. We never actually choose Viking as our exterminator. We were using a smaller company that was acquired by Viking after the owner was injured which is why we used them. I can honestly say I was not impressed with the caliber of their staff nor their customer service and would not recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with the estimate and sales guy. First service was effective but we really had to watch the service tech to make sure he hit everything. We had to instruct him to do things that he missed initially. It would have been nice if he put the cell phone away but he was about early 20s so...Second treatment was for ants in a tree that may have been missed the first time around. Overall the treatment was effective and 4 months later we see no evidence of ants and thats saying a lot since we had them real bad.

Viking was excellent! Prompt, professional, thorough. We purchased a quarterly service, and Viking said they would come back for free in between quarterly service if there continued to be bugs. They were here the first time in July, and we had them back again in late August for a 2nd spraying, as we had seen a couple of spiders. We've pretty much been bug free and that has been really nice. The guys that have been to our home were very professional and courtious. They did their spraying quickly and thoroughly. It's nice having piece of mind that there will be no more bugs!

WHEN WE FIRST MOVED IN, WE HAD TERMITE PROBLEMS. THEY TOOK CARE OF IT AND NOW COME BACK YEARLY TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE NO PROBLEMS ARE DEVELOPING. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO AND CHARGE A FAIR PRICE.
