I recently called Viking Pest to re-bait my rodent stations in the garage and outside. When they arrived, they refused to do that and told me that since I have a dog, their company policy no longer allows them to. I had the dog when I started service with them. In fact, 2 months prior to their policy change they sold me 2 outdoor bait stations for $75. So basically, they would like me to spend more money and buy into their Smart Rodent technology instead, as their only option claiming it’s safer. If they were offering it at the same cost then that might be an option but it’s not the case. I called multiple times asking for their service manager to call me as I was upset. Each time customer service would say I’d get a call within 48 hours and never did. I guess since Viking is owned by Anticimex a large corporation, they’ve lost sight of customer service. I am very disappointed with Viking Pest, I would not recommend them. If I could give the no stars I would.

They did well and eliminated the issues I was having with mice, hornets, laid down traps and performed a spraying across the yard. They listened to the issues I was having and had different chemicals for the various types of insects.

Devin Torres was professional and kind. He got rid of the 4 crickets in my laundry tub and then sprayed and put down glue traps. I feel much better now.

I have been a viking customer for 8 years. Their routine services used to be good and reliable. However services are really sloppy for most recent services especially the service today. It was a schedule appointment with 4 hour time window. I worked from home today but no one showed up. No one called ahead or left a message. Still I received a service report with the technician RAFAEL IRIZARRY claiming that he called ahead and left a message to the customer without response and he provided the exterior foundation spray service. Obviously he was lying. I don't feel comfortable to pay for services that did not actually provided. I will not renew my contract with them

Tech that came to the house were always professional. Every new potential bug was a new contract with an additional cost. Found a new service that does the same work for half the cost.

Advised us to cover all the holes and afterwards viking rep will come by to clear squirrels out, so i called other services to cover gutter cost $900. Called vikings to come by after repairs, they arrived to say they will set up trap (not guaranteed) and that I will have to check every day if trap catches anything for $400. Very lousy service and now I have new holes (visible) as we blocked the older holes (not visible from outside)

Can't recommend Viking any higher. From the first contact, to the free inspection and then the scheduling and treatment, Everything was done professionally, efficiently, and pleasantly. Both Rolando, the representative, and Brandon, the technician, were helpful and informative. They answered all my questions confidently and they were both clean and respectful of my home. I will definitely call them anytime I have a pest problem.

Great company Frank Yost was a knowledgeable very nice guy he took care of our squirrel problem. When the squirrels tried to regain entry into our attic he came back within hours and took care of that problem too. I would hire this company again in a second.

I like the service overall but I had some other service from the company called Orkin and they seemed to be more powerful than this one. Maybe this should improve on the pesticides a little bit. I found some services that I can get at $300 per year.
