We have been providing residential plumbing & heating services for over 20 years in the Somerset County area. We are a small family owned business which prides itself on thorough & thoughtful service to our customers. All of our plumbers are Master Plumbers licensed by the state, so you are getting experienced & qualified help. Our knowledgeable office staff will be able to answer many of your questions when you first contact us. To start off, Kathy who answers the phone is very courteous. Someone who is not annoyed when their phone rings. Tom came in for an estimate. Very professional. Listened to the problem and recommended a solution. Willing to discuss solution to with you. I have had a plumber come in and basically recommend a solution and get p***** off when I asked him a question couple of days down the road thinking I was questioning his solution. Tom didn't have that kind of ego. Once I decided to proceed with them, they had to order the part which had some delays but not a big deal. The guy who came in to install was little late however was very professional as well and did a great job. Overall I would recommend them.

Excellent. We have been using this company for the past 15 years and they are exceptional. We do not use anyone else for our plumbing and heating needs. They complete excellent quality work and do not make mistakes. Their serviceman have been with the company for 10 to 15 years and they are absolutely outstanding. They are experts in their field. This tenure also ensures we recieve this same consistent service time and time again. We highly recommend them to others.

Provider came it checked the toilet tank for leakage and made a few corrections. Than put dye in the water to be sure it had stopped leaking. Also pulled clogged hair that was slowing down the drain out to get it working properly. The thing is i had another plumber come in for these issues who gave me a quote of $670.00 to correct the problems. I ended up paying $165.00 if you dont include the $92.00 i was charged for the other guy to walk through the door. I should have used Angie's list the first time rather than the second.

Jim, the plumber from Copperhead, did a really nice job. He was clearly knowledgeable and explained all the repairs he was going to/could do in detail so we could understand the cost. I felt confident in the prices quoted and did not feel pressured to get work done I didn't need. While he was here, we coincidentally had a leak in the pump on our AC system--Jim was a great help and and helped me lift the heavy items we had stored out of the water. It was a great example of customer service and knowledge and we would definitely use them again.

Everything went very smoothly, booking the appointment, the technician showed up on time, was very polite and professional and explained everything to me before handing over the invoice. I'll definitely use Copperhead again.

I am sorry you were disappointed in our responsiveness even though we did answer your questions via email and phone. The extreme heat wave at the end of May resulted in an unusually high number of calls for us. Our prices are within 10% of our legitimate competitors and my sincere apologies if I failed to convince you that our service, installation and equipment are superior to many other companies."

Checked central AC HVAC unit which was not cooling properly. Cleaned
condenser unit and checked for problems. Added 24 oz R-22 refrigerant.
Unit has worked good since this maintenance. Service was prompt, on
time, courteous, and reasonable. Didn't try to sell me more than I
needed - which was refreshing. I would definitely use them again.

The cost of their services was way too much which is why I never used them again. The guy came and just diagnosed the problem and charged me $125, instead of doing the work. And then they always have you call the company for the parts, they don't do it. They came back and fixed it and charged me again but I had to order the part, I had to call the company and order the part. The people were very confident and very good. About 4 and half years ago I had a water heater put in by them and the work was excellent, but I had a problem and they did not take responsibility. They told me again to call the company. The only way I would use them is I still have a warranty on the water heater.

Awesome, I had no heat and my hot water heater broke, they showed up immediately for both services and were very professional, clean and quick. A pleasure to do business with especially because it only took one phone call, made appointment immediately and they showed up when scheduled, zero headaches. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with them. The gentleman came, he's very professional and he did a few things that I don't think other plumbers would have, he found a crack in one of the tops on my vanity's and while he was here, he gave me the dimensions, he'd just go out and buy it quick and I could put it in without charging him for another visit which I did, which I thought was excellent and all the work that he did was very good, and he didn't do anything that he didn't have to do as far as I could see. I don't remember what I paid, they have an hourly thing there and he was here I guess about 3 or 4 hours. I didn't find anything that they did wrong, everything was good, they were professional, they were here on time, and they were punctual.

Tom from Copperhead was able to get me out of the woods! He brought his heavy duty drilling tools (which is rare for a plumber to have) and after 5 hours was able to make the sewer pipe in my basement flush with the outside pipe. The whole experience was amazing, they have now become my go to pluming and HVAC company!

They are very professional, very punctual and did a great job on each occasion. There bid was not the lowest, but they were more responsive and came when they said they would (more than I can say for many other contractors). It's been a while since they did the job and it stood the test of time.

We just moved into a new home -- an old house. Jim arrived on time and went over all the work we were requesting. He worked up prices for each item on our list, and I approved them. I had taken the day off from work and really wanted to be able to see the work being completed. I asked if he could start working on our tasks immediately and he called the office and worked out his scheduling issues so that he could complete all the work we needed that day.
He went through each of the tasks, explained all he was planning to do and explained any options we had. He spent time answering all our questions and ensuring we were happy with each completed task.
When he was done with all the repairs, we discussed changing the fixtures in the main bath. He looked at the specs for the shower fixture I was considering, and discussed what would have to be done to install it. He also made suggestions for other options I should think about.
Copperhead might be a little more expensive than some other plumbing companies, but they are worth every penny. They arrive on time, they're pleasant, knowledgeable, they take the time to discuss the work they're doing, and they complete each job in the best way possible. I've used them a lot in the past, and they've always been great.

The office manager sent me an email immediately to set up a time for service. The plumber showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. He explained the issue and what my options were. When I asked him to do the repair, he got right to work. He cleaned up before he left. I was pleased with the service and the professionalism of the plumber. I had went to a different plumber through a home advisor and copperhead came in and straghtened the matter out. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They care about leaving a good impression and leaving the job completed properly.

I was very pleased with Copperhead service overall. Their estimate was detailed, it clearly itemized and costed each piece of work.
Their prices were very good relative to other estimates.
They showed up on time, did the work as planned - and were very clear in all communications. They had some suggestions for
other plumbing issues too, which were helpful.

I think they did an excellent job. I would give them 5 stars there. I've had a lot of contractors in here and they are one of the few I can say that about. I would recommend Copperhead. They showed up on time, they did the work, they were efficient, they were priced reasonably, and they did great work. They were out quick. The guy was very professional, he definitely knew what he was doing. They had all the parts and stuff, they were prepared. They did the job quickly and it was done very well. They were priced reasonably. They weren't the cheapest but I don't mind paying when you get some work done.

I was very pleased with the entire experience. When I called, I wasn't sure whether I should replace the current electric water heater with electric or gas, but soon got enough information on the benefits and costs of both, and went ahead with electric (based mostly on price).
Made an appointment and they said they'd be there at 8:30, which is exactly when they came. They were done in 2 hours, including the electrical inspection required for the permit (by separate person). Both service representatives were very professional - I received useful information but no sales pitches.
I had chosen this company based on review's on Angie's list. I had previously used another company - somewhat royally named - which had provided me with generally high quality but for which I clearly paid a higher price. They also quoted for the water heater (same brand and size).
With Copperhead, I feel like I won all counts. The price was lower, the service was certainly more punctual and professional, and the entire experience was very positive. I do plan on using them for future work.
