I had previously had a couple of local plumbers in for some of these same repairs - I was charged even though they were not fixed.  So I called Copperhead Plumbing based upon Angie's reviews.  Kathy who answered the phone was professional and took all of my details.  While they were very busy, she was able to fit me in the following week.  The kitchen faucet was a disaster. The faucet and sprayer leaked down below and when you turned the water on, it hammered.  Tom gave me the pros and cons of rebuilding the faucet versus simply replacing it.  I decided to replace it.  Tom had a brand new beautiful kitchen faucet right in his truck and the project was fixed in no time.  Next was the master bath with an old faucet, circa 1970s that would sometimes work and sometimes wouldn't.  Tom rebuilt it and it works like new now.  The guest bathroom tub faucet, which has dripped for several years, Tom had to order a part and will return once the part comes in.  While results will tell the story, 3 plumbers have attempted to fix this dripping faucet to no avail.  For each plumbing situation, I was given the choice and associated cost of rebuilding/repairing versus replacing.  Very much appreciated the education and excellent service.  I will definitely call Copperhead Plumbing again.

From Kathy's professionalism when taking my initial call, to Jim, the plumber, who quickly resolved the issues and answered all my questions (even one about my kitchen faucet), it was my most pleasant plumbing experience ever.  I would gladly recomend Copperhead's services.

I decided to use them because I had called them about another issue last winter- it was emergency work and they came pretty quickly so I remembered them from last year.

We have used Copperhead Plumbing many times, for jobs both large and small.  Every time, no matter the size of the job, it is completed expertly, as scheduled and as quoted.  They are professional, experienced, friendly and courteous.  This starts with Cathy in the office and continues with the people that come to the house.

Repaired sump pump system.  Installed secondary output as the primary was frozen.

Replaced all baseboard heating elements.

Tom is EXCELLENT! He was able to come same day we called to have our shower valve fixed and will be coming back replace all of our sink valves soon.

It went very well! Tom was finished in an hour and acted very professionally. He cleaned up everything meticulously. He also recommended someone to replace the drywall.

The rep who helped was wonderful. I was blown away at how helpful, professional, and knowledgeable the guy was. I picked this company because I saw they won a service award in 2013, and it's pretty obvious why. This is a really good company that I would recommend to friends and will definitely hire again.

I have had them here quite often. I have been using them for 20 years. They have always done fantastic work for me. I don't use any other plumber, I only use them. They do great work. The man who runs the company was working for another company as a plumber, and I followed him when he started his own company. When I call them when I need them, they are here. Their work is first class, they are always on time, and they always make an effort to come as soon as possible, and if the owner can't get one of his guys to come out, he comes. They may be a little more expensive than the other companies, but the extra cost is worth the service that I get. They are comparable. They don't only do the work well, I don't have to call them back to do the same work that they did. I call them up and tell them what the problem is, and they ask if we can wait or if we need somebody right away. Then if they say they will send somebody the next day, there is someone here at 7 in the morning. They always clean up after themselves, they are very polite, and they know my situation at home. I have a very sick wife, so they make it so she feels comfortable. If they say they will be here at 10:00, they come out at 8:00, so they are never late.

Water leaks, broken valves, etc. are very stressful, especially in winter. We've used Copperhead Plumbing and Repair several times over the past 5 years for various repairs, replace hot water heater, etc. Each time I've been very satisfied with the results. Most recently Tom (owner) came out again. He is:

• Put me in touch with another service provider to help with other work we need to do.

Mike arrived on time and did a nice job replacing the leaking valves with new valves. He cleaned up the work space. I am very happy and will consider using them again in the future.

Copperhead was the only company which was willing to think about alternatives for a high efficiency furnace.  We decided not to go that route, but it was nice that he was willing to consider it.  We had a few questions about the estimate, which we sent in email; the response was complete, but terse, so we had to piece it together to find all the answers.  The installation went smoothly.  There was a minor issue with the inspection, which they promptly handled.  Overall, the company was very easy to work with.  I'd used them before this, and would use them again.
