First, I found this plumber from this site.  I called his cell, he answered, I told him what we need, he gave me an estimate, got the new hot water heater, and was here a couple hours later on a Saturday.  He is professional, polite, and respectful.  Plumbing is a science with him, not just water and pipes.  He gives options that are appropriate for the individual customer.  I was so pleased to find him.  He is our permanent plumber now.  We will also use him for heating and air conditioning services (I'm dropping our company that was making us wait from Friday to Monday to even get us estimates, let alone a couple more days to get the work done).  I couldn't ask for or receive better service.  Thank you so much, Angie's List.

Wayne is the utmost professional. On time, courteous, explained what needed to be done and got it done as quickly as possible. Have used him other times and those experiences were just as good; will be using him again soon to replace a water heater.
