Quick and speedy service with high quality installation. I chose my granite slab on a Saturday morning; the following Saturday morning the countertop, sink and faucet were installed and everything looks amazing!!! I will be using the Granite Pros for other projects (bathroom countertops and kitchen backsplash).

They were extremely prompt in responding to the call from Home Advisors, quick to return phone calls, showed up when they said they would, did a great job fixing an unfortunate gouge in our quartz countertop and were friendly and professional every step of the way. When I'm smiling as I write the check, I know they met all my expectations. Would not hesitate to hire or recommend them enthusiastically!

Installed a countertop in vacation home without me having to be present which was a great convenience to me. Extremely easy to work with and installation was complete less than a week after selecting stone. Great job!

Rich was very prompt in setting up a appointment. Even though mine was a very small project of replacing the fire place surround, they still gave me priority and excellent customer service. They completely stand behind their work and material. One of the surround stones chipped in transport. It was a small chip but when I noticed it after install, Rich assured me that he would replace it and did so right away. They followed up with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with the new surround stone. I truly am and would recommend Rich and Rick to anyone lookin into any Granite remodeling work.

Rick called immediately and showed up at my home the very same day. I met Rich at the granite provider to pick out the stone and get my quote which seemed a good price. The next day they came and did my template. They wound up installing the granite countertops an beautiful tile back splash as well as sink, faucet, and the plumbing work necessary. I would highly recommend - very professional and perfectionists at their craft.

There were numerous small chips in the granite around the edge of my kitchen sink. Most contractors wanted to use an epoxy mixture to fill in the chips but my husband and I were not happy with this approach. The Granite Pros were the only company that would hone (sand) down the chips. They also repaired a large chip in a marble bathroom sink and then sealed all the countertops. The work was performed in a timely manner with minimal dirt and dust. Rick and his crew did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them.

Rich and Rich Jr were very nice, just picking the stone he had patience of a saint. I love love love this counter. It is unique and beautiful, the installation was easy and perfect, I would highly recommend The Granite Pros!!

I'm not one to give product reviews, but after receiving service from The Granite Pros, I had to write about it right away. First off, if you are looking for an awesome countertop and have it installed, look no further because these guys are the best in the business! The owners (Rich and Rick) are very well versed in this industry and certainly know what quality and service excellence is. I was extremely happy with how they installed my countertop and tile backsplash. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!

Rated value for money at a 4 only because so were so impressed with the professionalism of this company that we did not price shop, so had no comparison. Work was completely in an extremely timely fashion and looks INCREDIBLE! WE are so happy we hired this company and would recommend it to anyone.

Rich, Chris, Rick and their team were exceptional in their quality of work, responsiveness and superior professionalism. I have had a nightmare of a renovation and my countertop installation was completely refreshing. They templated on Friday and my quartz countertop was installed the next day!!!
