They were very good, basically on time, and the product is beautiful. I only left out half a star because they were not 100% on a couple of small details. These didn't effect the overall look or function, but I am very fussy !

The granite countertop is beautiful and the installation was A-1. It significantly improved the kitchen's appearance. The Granite Pros offered the best price and the job was completed quickly after my wife and I selected the slab at their supplier. I highly recommend the Granite Pros

Rich called me right after I sent a contact request. He spent considerable time with me on the the phone explaining all aspects of countertop replacement. We set up a time for them to come out and give us an estimate. The estimate for a granite kitchen countertop and marble vanity top came in many hundreds of dollars less than Lowe's estimate for just the kitchen countertop. Rich met us at the granite warehouse and helped us pick out our slab. Again, he gave us all the time in the world. Answered all our questions, never tried to hurry us along. The whole time from contact request to installed countertops was just 2 weeks. All in all a very pleasant experience and the countertops are fantastic. Highly recommend.!

We absolutely LOVE our new countertops! The slab we picked out for our brand new all-white kitchen was the Everest Quartzite from European Granite (a vendor suggested by the Granite Pros). It was a higher end slab, but the price quoted was quite reasonable, and the countertops are stunning! Rich, Rick and Chris were all a pleasure to work with. Prompt, courteous, professional. They all went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Our experience was smooth and pleasant and we are very happy with the outcome. From our first meeting Rich and his company stood out from the competition. Rich invested time with me making sure I understood all of the different types of stone countertops that are available and the pros and cons to each. No other company that I interviewed invested the time to show their expertise and customer focus, like Rich from the Granite Pros did. After receiving quotes from several Granite fabricators, we decided to go with The Granite Pros and their pricing was competitive, but not the lowest. You get what you pay for. The whole experience with The Granite Pros was good. However, where they especially stand above many other companies is that they really do stand behind the work 100% After the countertop was laid, there was mistake with one of the pieces of stone. Shortly after we reported this, they came back and fixed it. This is all after we had made our final payment. So I highly recommend recommend The Granite Pros. If you are looking to have your countertop upgraded look no further.

Rich and his crew are a pleasure to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. They installed granite in our kitchen and wet bar, as well as marble in our bathroom. I went into the project with a specific Quartz in mind for our kitchen. Rich suggested I take a tour of the stone warehouse before making a final decision and I am so glad he did! I found a stunning granite that coordinates beautifully with our cabinets, backsplash, and wall color. It also saved us a good amount of money. Another big plus in working with Rich is customer service. When we were forced last minute to postpone part of the installation due to other work being done at the house, Rich was understanding and accommodating despite the inconvenience to him and his crew. This means a lot when you're dealing with multiple contractors with different temperaments. I've come to classify them into 2 categories: the "can-do's" (almost anything's possible) and the "no-can-do's" (almost everything's a bother). Well, Rich is definitely on the can-do list and I will gladly recommend him to anyone I know in the market for countertops!!

Mr. Rich and Rick are simply wonderful. They are two of the most professional contractors I ever had the pleasure of working with. I am very "type A/OCD" person, but Mr. Rich was so patience with me and answered all of my questions promptly. I did my homework and got 3 estimates as every homeowner should, and I have to say that although Granite Pros wasn't the cheapest, they are well worth the money! And let me tell you, my project was not an easy one because I put my backsplash in 4 years ago and needed to find granite that would blend in. Mr. Rich patience and knowledge was outstanding to say the least. I highly recommend them and will be hiring them to put in my bathroom vanity tops. When you are spending a large amount of money and investing in your home, you want to feel that the contractor cares about your individual needs and can provide quality work, well that's granite pros in a nutshell!

I called 3 different companies. The Granite Pros (Rich and Rick) were the ONLY ones who took the time to educate us on granite, pricing, differences, quality and was patient enough to make sure all our questions were answered. Their knowledge is extensive. Within one day Rick was at our home measuring and provided their estimate the next day. They were also the ONLY supplier to come to the home. The other two wanted me to fax a sketch of my kitchen with rough measurements. In Rick's hand was a folder with everything I needed to know about granite, caring for it, what chemicals to avoid, etc. At that point we were invited to the warehouse to select our stone, which was a great experience! They walked with each of us separately allowing one of us to stay in our car as our 3 year old fell asleep on the way their!!! Within 4 days we had our new granite countertop installed, which was PERFECT!!!!!!! They were also the lowest priced supplier of all 3, but that was not my deciding factor. They were punctual, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fair. I had 1000% confidence they would perform excellent, which they did. Thanks Granite Pros!!!!! We LOVE our new countertop!!!!!!!!!!!

the granite pros are exactky that. total product knowledge, their prices are good especialy with the "craftsman" quality work they do. you will be hard pressed to find another contractor with the "TOTAL PACKAGE THEY PROVIDE"

Rich Halajian made me feel so comfortable during this process. He was honest and his pricing was extremely fair. The installers were perfectionists and did an awesome job. You can barely see the seam in the granite. They couldn't have done a better job. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR A GRANITE INSTALL AS YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
