They replied to the initial email advising we had purchased the whole house electrical inspection.  Told them we also wanted a ceiling fixture replaced and an estimate to install an electric wall oven.  They responded that the wall oven would require a lot of work.  We asked if they would be here on either of the days originally requested and have heard nothing since.

a big problem.I called for my basement lights to be fixed. I thought the electric was not working..I also had an outlet in my livingroom that worked sometimes. The basement just needed new lights but the outlet was a big problem. It turned out that all the outlets in the room were not working now. He checked all of them and went back to the first. He needed to trace the line to downstairs in the old underground garage. He took out some of the ceiling and finally found the old wires that have been there for at least 35 years. He repaired it all and put back everything. Checked all the outlets and electrical box to make sure there were not more problems. He was wonderful. His name was Chris.

This Electrician was called because another electrician had previously been out twice to residence.  Initial problem was that circuit breaker popped and would not reset.  This resulted in two bathrooms, one bedroom and a 15 foot long hallway without electric.  Previous electrician apparently did not understand the wiring which caused him to cross wires in bathroom switchblade.  Thus hallway lights were only operating off of  bathroom switch instead of the two hallway switches.  The adjacent bathroom had no electricity, and bathroom ceiling and exhaust fans and both electrical outlets did not operate at all.  When I called Kingdom Electric, LLC, I spoke with Anthony.  Anthony attempted to explain to me what apparently had occurred.  When I asked how soon he or one of his electricians could come out he stated the following morning as it was about 4 pm when I called.  His electrician, Kevin, came, listened to what I stated had occurred, what lead up to this situation and then immediately went to work.  Within twenty minutes he had hallway lights, ceiling & vent fans working off of proper switches.  He then moved one GFI from the bathroom that had two to the bathroom that did not have a GFI, that switch box had burnt.  He replaced the other outlet with normal outlet.  He then checked to make sure all connections were tight, and tested circuitry to make sure there were no additional faults.  He spent about 3.5 hours total and left with everything working properly.  Kingdom Electric, LLC actually perform all work, located actual root cause of problem and corrected mistakes from previous electrician for less cost that the first electrician charged.  Kevin was very informative, explained why the problem occurred in the first place, as well as how he corrected the situation.  He cleaned up after himself, double checked his work to make sure everything working properly before he left.  I highly recommend Kingdom Electric, LLC to anyone looking for competent, quality and efficient electrical work in their home at a very reasonable price.

I HIGHLY recommend this company. They came same day, they called to let me know what time they would be here, they were on time, and they went above & beyond to get the job done. He honestly evaluated our circuit breaker panel and told us when he estimated we should replace (not today!), he figured out what mystery light switches were tied to, solved the issue with our outdoor lighting, got power back to a dead light switch, and covered loose wires that were in the garage.
He was efficient, experienced, and courteous. He also cleaned up before he left, including sweeping the hardwood floor in the work areas. Will use them again!

A+ from start to finish. Plus point for giving the right advice and being honest. Before I purchased the deal I called and requested to talk to an electrician and without any problem stephnie gave the phone to the main electrician. Anthony was curtious and answered all my questions without any aggitation and also adviced me to buy the lower value promotional deal which was sufficiant for what I needed. To me it was a Big +. I also had an equally pleasant experience with their another electrician Chris who did the panel checkup. He was very thorough and answered all my quaries. I would definitely use them again. Great. Fixed everything

Anthony gave me a price of $ 800.00 to install the electrical box plus some extras. Had a problem with the box I called him several times and I was told he would be here next day. The only time he sent someone to my house was when I called and told him it was an emergency. He told me if I have a problem with the work that was done, he would come right over and deal with it.

Now the BAD THINGS he put my family at risk because the Electrical box with the breakers they put in were shorting out and he told me that it could be serious, and he would be right over first thing the next day. He never came or called and this was an emergency because the breaker went off 2 to 3 times a day, I called him back he sent Chris over who check it out and told me we needed to have some work done. He said that he would talk to Anthony, work out a price and leave me the quote in my mailbox. Never heard from Anthony again I called left a message. I still haven't heard from him and its been over 3 weeks. He put my family at RISK and I will be going to a different Electrician.

Dennis and Steve showed up on time and were professional and personable. We showed them the fixtures that we wanted to replace and they went right to work. Our two new chandeliers and bedroom light look beautiful. They also capped off open wires in the basement and evaluated our electrical box.
We were very happy with Kingdom Electric. We would not hesitate to recommend them and we will definitely use them again for any future electrical work.

Chris was awesome! The guy asks exactly what you want and manages to exceed your expectations, to be honest I think his standards for his work were higher than mine. He worked fast and everything looks terrific. I will be using Kingdom Electric for all my electrical needs for as long as they are around and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It all went flawless.  There were 3 visits in total, every one on time, neat and clean.   I would recommend Anthony and his brother, as well as, all the crew members to everyone looking for quality work at very reasonable prices.  Get all the comparison quotes you want from others in the industry but, if you want to be happy with a very neat, and professional job, Kingdom Electric should be your choice.   If you are looking to get electrical work done and want to speak direct to a customer of Kingdom, just ask Anthony for my number and give me a call.  I will be happy to discuss what these guys did for us and how happy we are with the finished product.   There are many reasons why I would recommend these guys but first and foremost, they put my wife and I totally at ease.  That is huge for any person or family looking to make major improvements to their home.  The kitchen and changing your entire electrical service is a very stressful undertaking.  Anthony and crew put us completely at ease.   The team met with us, provided many recommendations about what should be done and how, many of these recommendations we did not think of ourselves.  We were so happy we went with this team and their experience.  Our kitchen and bath turned our just beautiful.    All of the recommendations they made we went with,  and even the few we were not totally sure of at first, turned out to be the right thing to do.  Some of these were the little extra little things, that bring out the beauty in the kitchen.    We did not know these guys before the job, and like most people we had not had very much luck with contractors in the past, even the ones that did a good job there was always something we didn't care for, or times when communications broke down etc.  With this crew, the communications were flawless.  We never had to make a second call or send a second email regarding the same topic.   There was not one item we were disappointed in.   We spent more than we had originally wanted to spend due to some value add extras we had not thought of,  but the pricing was always fair and we are so happy we did the extra work up front.  Their efforts and recommendations have contributed to making our home much more valuable when the time comes to sell.   I could go on and on but let me tell you from a customer that has had many disappointments with several different contractors and even handy family members.  These guys are probably the first contractors we dealt with, where we have only good and great things to say.   Oh and one final item, you don't have to worry about leaving the house and getting other things done while they are working in your home.  We left several times to do some shopping without a care in the world about leaving these guys alone in our home.  That is also huge.   I can't say enough about this team, I wish all contractors had the same work ethic, great communication, quality work, reasonable prices, flexible to changes, and most important showing up on time and when requested.   If you need more information feel free to call me direct.
