We had a home inspector cancel on us last minute. We called Kurt and he was able to squeeze us in on the same day, was incredibly thorough, professional, and provided a lot of insight into our fixer upper. Truly a great guy and no one else I would recommend for a home inspection.

Kurt did a thorough job on our home inspection and his specific knowledge of older homes in our area was an important asset to the inspection. He was prompt and thorough in all communications and his inspection report was at the right level of detail, approx. 30 pages in total. What caught my eye about this company was an earlier report about how he detected lines that led to a hidden oil tank no one knew about on the property. My own personal experience, Kurt went through the house and property like a fine tooth comb through hair. He took his time outdoor going over every inch outdoors before moving inside, starting in the basement and working up to the attic. His report alone reads like a book with chapters pointing out every grievance. I am beyond satisfied with his services and will be using him or recommending him to others in the future.

Brian and Brick House are amazing. I was planning on purchasing an old house in which he found an undocumented/discarded underground oil tank placed under a part of 90s home addition. How? He took the time to find a hidden crawlspace and thereby was able to see the old oil lines. Brian's diligence and eagle eyes on the home inspection shielded me from purchasing a home with an improperly discarded oil tank. A massive savings to me and important part of what a comprehensive inspection should always be. Don't hesitate, this is the guy you need.
