Keven and Dani found the problems with my two garage doors. They clearly explained to me everything they needed to be repaired. I approved them proceeding. They did a fine job. The doors now wok well: no sticking or jerking. Keven and Dani were friendly, knowledgeable and had the right tools.

The whole experience was terrific. Called Monday morning, spoke with Donna who set up an appointment for between 11am-12pm, Jim called around 11:20am to say he would be there shortly gave me estimate, set up appointment for Tuesday 8-8:30am John S arrived around 8:20am was very knowledgeable and professional. Had the door fixed in about 1 hour or so. I really can't tell you how pleased I am with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great on time, courteous service by Scott M! Scott took the time to explain what was needed, and even taught us something new about our system. He finished quickly and cleaned everything up - the only way we knew he was there was our lovely quiet and working garage doors that now opened and closed without freezing and reversing 4 times before getting them to open fully. Have had these doors for over a decade and this is the first service required. Good product, good customer service! Thanks Scott M!

I have been dealing with Overhead Door of Central Jersey for 40 years and they have never disappointed me. From the time I call for service or a new product, their personnel are very understanding and professional. This last visit was to replace my 2 garage door openers as the ones purchased from them in 1987 had seen their day and were ready for newer technology. The tech, Scott Meister, who did the installation was extremely personable, informative andr did a great job. After completion, he took the time to answer any questions that I maight have had.

My grandma recently bought a new garage door from this company and has nothing but wonderful things to say about her experience! Her product specialist, Carl was kind, honest, reliable, and patient (as she had to work with her HOA for approval). She appreciated how kind and flexible Steven was during scheduling as well, and felt that her technicians Ricky and Jay went above and beyond during the install. They installed the new door beautifully, explained in detail what they did, and left the property spotless. Highly recommend working with them!

I called this company after much investigation into all types and manufacturers of garage doors and after meeting with some other garage door companies. I was in sales in my career, and I have to say, Derek was a great sales person - deftly explained all the benefits and answered/overcame all my objections. AND he arrived fully prepared with real-size samples of door panels and colors. And I was equally impressed with the skilled installer Ricky who deftly removed my old doors and installed the new ones like it was no big deal. He was professional, very neat (no hint of any mess anywhere) and was efficient and also very pleasant. All in all a great team and company!

These folks did a great job for us - a good customer experience from start to finish. They answered the call right away, and were better than 2 other competitors on the phone. I decided to have them come out and do the job. The person came, was well prepared, and had a couple of options. We went over it, and then there was a misunderstanding about us having two doors, so he had to come back. They came back the next day and all was seamless, and we were charged a fair and reasonable price for the service. And the new garage door hinges look great!

Overhead Door of Central Jersey sent out technician Keven who was prompt and courteous. He came out to diagnose the problem. I was expeting him to tell me I needed to replace these 20 year old doors but was pleasantly surprised when he told me he could replace the springs, cable and pulley and make these old doors work again. He finished up in about an hour and they were good as new. Well done Keven!

Rob and Jay did an outstanding job replacing deceased ceiling mounted motor with new wall mounted unit, dealing with various challenges of the building along the way. All wiring was properly and neatly secured. All debris from the installation was removed. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explained what they were doing and why. When they were done, everything looked great and functioned just as it should.

It went wonderfully. Ricky was here promptly and got straight to work. Peter arrived shortly after with the rest of the materials. They both took great care in replacing the rotted wood trim and installing new doors and hardware. The only thing I kept were the openers -- everything else is now better than ever. Ricky was not happy with the way the previous installers hung the braces and redid everything. The braces are now flush to the ceiling and everything looks very professional and neat. He was not happy with one simple thing, the rubber on the bottom of the door is a little too short, so he's coming back shortly to replace that. I appreciate the care taken with this installation and I am extremely happy with everything.
