Everything went as planned. I Just had a new patio installed and they took very good care of no damage to it. Because they had to enter my property from my neighbor's yard. To show appreciation they prune their trees. These guys are very pleasant to work with.

• Workers were very neat and left my property clean. Sami was always supervising the job and making sure that I was happy with the result.

I called Sami on Monday, he came to see the damage and provide me with an estimate that day, he also deemed the situation emergent and rescheduled some of his work the next day so that his crew could come and take care of my tree.  His crew arrived at precisely the time Sami told me they would, took care not to harm my yard by needing to bring their large truck into the yard and when they were through you would never have known they were here, they took care of the problem, cleaned up and even blew the grass while cleaning up so the tamped down spots were no longer noticeable. I would recommend Sami and call him again myself should the need arise. Very professional.

On Sunday, May 31,2015 a tree came down on cable wires and was about to fall acriss my driveway, which would have rendered me unable to get out of my driveway and to work the next day....an emergency situation. Calling the cable and/or phone companies was a dead-end.  Both said they are not responsible for cutting trees, I would have to call my town or a private tree service.   I would normally not call anyone for any kind of service on a Sunday, but this was definitely an emergency situation.  When I called Sami's, an answering service answered and when I explained the situation, the woman was very understanding and sympathetic and said she would make sure she got ahold of someone at the company.  Two hours later, I still had not had a return call, so I called again.  The woman at the answering service was very apologetic and said she would make sure to get my message to the owner.  I indicated I would at least like a return call as to whether or not Sami's could help and, if not, whether they could make a recommendation of a tree service that could.  Again, no return call...until the following TUESDAY.  I was left a message by Andrea, asking me to call them to let them know if I still wanted their service, or if the issue had been resolved.  (On the recommendation of a friend, I was able to reach another service and the tree was finally cut at 6 p.m. Sunday evening, just prior to a storm that most certainly would have caused more stress to the tree, which most certainly would have fallen on the cable wires and across the driveway).  I did call Andrea back, and indicated basically what I'm writing here.  She said she wasn't in the office on Sunday, obviously wanting to eliminate herself from being responsible, but never offered to make any kind of amends on behalf of the owner.  She really didn't seem at all concerned by either my annoyance or distress. 

It is normally my habit to shop locally....Sami's is local to my home and had been referenced on a local Facebook page.  I live in a heavily wooded area and will need more tree work done before winter.  However, after this experience, I will NEVER use Sami's and I would never recommend them to any of my neighbors or friends.
