Brian Nerger keeps friendly and thorough track of our car and truck. It was time for our van to have an oil change . Since we regularly take 3-day trips to visit family, Brian watches for little issues that might become major problems while traveling. This includes test driving the vehicle.
The cooling system was flushed and refilled .
Tire pressures were adjusted.
The chassis was lubricated.
All fluids were topped off.
It was noted that we will continue to monitor the beginning signs of a minor leak in the exhaust system.

We have not purchased any vehicles there but we take our truck and our van to them. for service and they do an excellent job of finding the problems and fixing them. When we go for an oil change, they'll remind us of things to be looked at or to be reminded to take care of it in the future if we want to and take care of something later on. If we're going to be travelling from Jersey to Indianapolis in the next two weeks or something, they will take extra care in wanting to make sure everything is ship-shape before we hit the road. It's comforting to know that it's better than just having a car driving around town. All I thought I was doing was going in to take care of that light in the dashboard but he, I think went sort of above and beyond I would have expected anywhere else. I've been doing business with him long enough, I've come to expect that he will take care of me. That's one reason why this care has 140,000 miles on it and it feels new. I will recommend them because of their service, their attention to detail, their friendliness and their follow-up; they will call to see if everything was working okay and the friendly shop. I worked with them for years and I like them.

I really want to like them. They are fairly close to my home and provide shuttle service. They spent several hours to troubleshoot why the convertible is not rising or lowering. $178 later they mentioned they found several fault codes and will need additional time to figure out what's wrong with the mechanism. We are not talking about actual repair, just diagnostic. I was quoted may be a couple hours translated to several hundred bucks. At that point, I picked up the car, paid the balance and brought the car to an audi indie mechanic to go over the car. $90 later, the audi indie informed me the hydraulic valve was released in the trunk and found no fault codes at all.

By the end of everything, the car was fixed properly. There were some issues with the replacement parts. I had the same issues about four different times. It was not their work but the part itself and the original manufacturer. They continued to fix it at no charge. Finally it worked out. Mark the manager is a fair guy and professional. He wanted to get the job done correctly. They were good to work with.

The service is very good. They call you and follow up. You hear from them promptly. They offer very good customer service. They are reliable. The price is competitive with the local dealership. They are more personal and professional than other companies in the area. If you need to get home, they will offer personal car service.

The service was pretty good. We were happy to bring our vehicle there. We were pleased with the service. We have never had a problem with the work. They were really friendly, forthcoming, the price was good for the value. They were proactive and followed up to ensure everything was okay. The owner, Brian, always made sure everyone was on top of their job.

It was a job that I thought would cost maybe $800. However, it cost almost double that.They don't give you all the information up front. They did not stay within my budget. The work itself was fine, but I felt it was over the top for what was required. They did unnecessary work and tried to make me think it was my only option. I was not happy with their service and I don't think they acted with the up most integrity.

They are great! if you are stuck there, they will take you home. They are great to do business with. We have been using them for ten years.

I brought the car in. They offered to drive me back home, but since it wasn't going to take to long, I decided to wait. They performed the oil change and found the hole. I told them to plug it, so they did, and they rotated my tires while they were at it. Overall, a routine check-up that went well.

Highly recommended! My brother and I have been very satisfied Nerger's customers for almost 15 years. They have always provided quality service at fair prices and they stand behind their work. Brian and his staff are a pleasure to do business with - and are glad to pick up or drop off when a job is going to take too long for a customer to wait at Nerger's. We have also gotten good value on 3 pre-owned vehicles we have purchased from Nerger's - all lived up to, or exceeded our expectations. It's great to have a local merchant that out-performs the big chains.ty
