Tirrell Landscape & Lawn Maintenance

Tirell Landscaping is hands down the worst contractor/service provider I have ever hired. Tom, the "owner" (its really is owned by his Mom), planted about 7 red tips in my backyard along with thousands of dollars of other work. All the leaves fell off of the red tips and he would not replace them. He told me "they will come back" for months. When it was clear they were not "coming back", he avoided my calls for weeks until I filed a small claims suit against him. Then he finally reimbursed me. Completely unprofessional in almost every way. Cannot believe the rest of this area has not caught on as to how bad this company is...they do not stand by their work. Buyer beware.

Tom Tirrell agreed to install pavers and install plantings for us. He started the job Mar 23. When he was ready for the plantings, they were not in stock by Mar 31. We would have the plants by mid April and he agreed to come back then to finish the job when they were in stock. As planned 2 weeks later the plants were in stock, but he now said he is to busy to finish the job and wont be available until the end of summer. He did not complete the paver job as promised either. Now we have the entire job site abandoned.
