We were very happy with them. Their pricing was reasonable.

Used them previouslyy and despite the high cost was pleased.  at that time they cleaned a test patch of a badly soiled tile floor - and it looked great - we then hired them to clean the whole floor and several bathrooms - i was very disappointed with the floor in particular - they sent a man back the following day with an array of chemicals because no one remembered what was used in the test - one person for an all day job?  the floor was progressively less clean as he tired and overall was not worth the hefty price of $30 per hour per person. additionally i was aked to check on the work done on the first day - all three employees had already packed up their equipment, put on their coats and stood waiting by the door - a cursory look proves insufficient as in evry bathroom save one the corners of the room were not cleaned and areas behind the door were left soiled as well.  this was post construction clean up and dust was everywhere but was only cleaned up to the height of the cleaner - i finished the job using a step stool - and since i wasnt told that they would only clean up to arms reach I didnt expect to a few hours cleaning after a cleaning crew. I do feel badly that i didnt rate their first visit to my home - that would have been a A .  but that was also owhy i had them backk for a more extensive and expensive second visit where they certainly dissapointed!

Very helpful and accommodating. Did a good job. Michael even came to check and went over areas himself that he felt needed more work. I am definitely going to hire them again!

We needed our new home to be completely cleaned prior to moving in.  My wife is pregnant, and we requested use of non-toxic cleaning products.  Royal Cleaning accommodated our needs and did a fantastic job cleaning our very large home, which is listed on the National Register and has lots of marble and antique wood all over the place.  They even came back and re-did the floors after the movers were finished at no extra charge.  Very happy with this service and will use again for regular cleaning.

If you are looking for a great cleaning service, search no more.  Royal Cleaning is professional, reliable and they do a fabulous job!  My house sparkled!  Once you meet Michael you will feel completely at ease that your house is in great hands.  The time and energy Royal Cleaning has saved me is priceless!  I look forward to using them again and again.

This was our first time using this company and I would recommend them to others and use them again. We just bought a new home and it needed a good cleaning before we moved stuff in. They did a great job and were affordable and they even left flowers when they were done. The customer service was great and we had no trouble getting an appointment that worked for us.

They were actually really good. I was really pleased with the service they provided. I just bought a new townhouse and the place was a complete dump, the refrigerator was smelling, it was really dirty. I asked them to just clean the bathroom and the kitchen and it took a lot of time and I was very pleased with the effort they put in.

Royal Cleaning has been my service for several years now and has always come through.  They are dependable and very reasonable and I am always happy to refer them to friends and family in town, many of whom are now
regulars like myself.  Kudos to Michael and his entire team.  :)

They are without a doubt the most professional cleaning company I have ever worked with.  They are very attentive to detail and Nina makes a point of reviewing what has been cleaned every time the crew comes.

From start to finish they were horrible. My wife supervised them throughout the day. Not one piece of bedbug infested furniture was placed in bubble wrap. It was just carted outside to a truck. This went on all day. Plastic bags were utilized, but they were not commercial quality, nor were they filled half-way. They were packed to the brim to the point you couldn't even close them. My wife called the owner of the cleaning service who came over and had to inspect. He was very apologetic, but nevertheless, still presented us with an enormous bill. They are unreliable and I would not even recommend them to an enemy. We need to hire another cleaning company to come in a clean up after THEM. :-(

So I responded to Angie's List, scanned in my credit card receipt for exactly $2,712.50 that they ripped me off for, and proceeded to substantiate EVERY shred of evidence. I cannot believe that this already slimy company would try to get an "F" rating off their record here by challenging me. They picked the wrong guy. I documented everything. The only think I did NOT do (and I can kick myself in the rear for it) was take photos. Oh, how I wish I could have taken photos!!! Stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid!!

Nevertheless, if you are reading this and have ANY doubt about the validity of this company, you had better think twice. In fact, I'm going to send a copy of this report to the Management Company that swore they were "the best" to use and that they use them faithfully in their complex. OPEN YOUR EYES, ARBOR HILLS!! They may be ripping the crap out of you, too!!!
