We called Living Water to give us an estimate on the roof of this house, even before purchase - as we knew it was old and in need of replacement. After purchase of the house, we decided to proceed with the roof replacement. We decided on Living Water over three other roofing companies based on price, reviews, quality, and responsiveness. The owner, Eddie, is very courteous and professional and always a pleasure to talk to and deal with. Never pushy or condescending and very accommodating to our requests. His quote was reasonable without seeming to compromise on quality or workmanship. The Living Water crew finished the job within two days. The foreman, Raymond, did an excellent job coordinating the job on-site and making sure that everything went smoothly. I'm genuinely and honestly pleased with the work - they did a great job, especially at this price point. The work was completed in late August, 2012 - and the roof has weathered some very serious storms, including Hurricane Sandy. It's doing well! I've reduced the "Professionalism" to a B because during the work, the crews mangled some of the gutter-guard end-caps. This is not a deal-breaker, as I understand how hard it is to do a perfect job at a competitive price. Eddie, Raymond, and the Living Water crew were great aside from this one hiccup. I would happily use Living Water again, and would endorse them to anybody looking for an affordable, quality roofing job.

I called to give me an estimate on repair on the roof. He came and look thru the roof and went to 3rd floor bedroom to check on the leakage. He told me it?s not leaking from roof. It?s just the poor workman job done on the wall. He told me I do not need an repair on the roof. Other roofing company give me an estimate repair for over $10,000.00. He is a very honest man.

Their service was good. They were prompt in getting out with the estimate and finished on time. The only complaint I have was that they did not clean up right away; I like my stuff taken out.

He is very professional. He was on time. He was a good guy. He was personable.

Called company; they did work at neighbors; very reasonable and a good job. I have obsolete shingles on my house but only a couple were blown off by "hurricane Sandy". I called twice, they came and left a business card but did not call back or give me other options ex., we can replace just the top portion with aluminum siding etc., . Waiting until spring to get quotes on aluminum siding but sadly will not call them for a quote.

They were fine. I have not made my mind my yet.

I prefer to hire local contractors and, preferably, the ones who will actually do the work. Ed from Living Water was one of only two contractors who actually went on to the roof before giving me an estimate. The price was not the lowest, but it was still half of what was quoted by two large companies. The work was performed by his nephew. I believe the gutters were installed by another relative. So, it is a family business and they do quality work.

They came highly recommended by people in the area, they are very knowledgeable, and the owner was a very down to earth person. They are a small company and they use the same people for each project.

Eddie was extremely resposnivle and assessed the issue timely, he provided several options for dealing with a leaking roof. Other roofers gave no other recourse than replacing the roof immediately. Eddie took an interest in understanding our needs and took a very practical approach. He did a fantastic job repairing our roof and also provided a very competitve estimate to replacing our current roof.

They did an excellent job. They tore off the entire roof of our house and garage and installed a whole new roof. They were very responsive. It was a good price for the work they did. They were friendly. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Very competitive price wise. Main work was done as scheduled. Polite owner. Owner not always available. Had some difficulty finishing the detail work as agreed on. Started better than he finished. Overall, I would recommend to someone who can be hands on during the work and stay on top of the owner. He keeps to his word, but takes some prodding.

They are going to charge me $215 to re-glue the tiles on the roof in certain spots. I wanted them to come out because they are the company that installed my roof and I want them to use the same glue. I have contacted them to come out and do this work everyday for the past month. I haven't heard any response.
