Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters. It's my fault for not shopping around but I scheduled the cleaning and they came the next morning before I got a chance to cancel. The price was much to high for the two gutters I have on my small house. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

Description of Work: I signed up for their diamond service which included several gutter cleanings. They also discovered moss growing on my roof which was going under the shingles. I hired them to spray something on the roof which killed the moss and also cleaned the shingles. Roof looks great.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters. Two man team. They do a good job with no homeowner's intervention. They don't even require you to be home. I happened to be home and observed from inside my house that they did a thorough job. After cleaning they walk around the house and pick up and bag the debris. I intend to use them every fall.

Description of Work: We used them several times, and they appeared to do the job required. The problem is that they determine themselves when they come to do the work. In our case, they claimed to have cleaned our gutters when we were away from home, on a Saturday. The gutters on our house had been recently replaced, so they couldn't have needed cleaning. When I called them to obtain some kind of proof of them doing the work, all they say is "you authorized the work, so we did it."
