Great Plumbers

The service was very good. They were very good. They came out quickly. They were on-time. They made sure everything worked after they fixed it. I had no problems. It was a little bit expensive.

He came out and the price was over $900 and there was a $70 fee just for him to come out. He said the prices were set by his company. I had most of the material that he needed.This was ludicrous. He told me they normally do commercial jobs. He did write me up an estimate and referred me to another good guy. He was really nice and knowledgeable, he just had to go by what his company policies were.

I bought a big deal for this service and they did a nice job. They came out the day after I purchased the deal to do the job. I did not understand how the deal worked because we ended up paying about $600 for the bill. I paid $100 for the coupon but still ended up paying another $500. It did not make sense what my husband did, but I did not agree with it. It seemed like we paid extra. We saved $50 but I had to pay $100 to save $50. That did not make sense because he still had a big bill for whatever we had done. They were a little expensive for what they did, but they did a nice job. He was here quite a while so I think they did a good job. We have not had plumbing done in years in the home so I am not aware of the price plumbers charge today. He did a nice job and we used that same company years ago. Their quality and responsiveness were very good. .

I ended up not needing the deal. What I needed done was not as big of a problem as I thought it was going to be. He just tightened up a few screws. My connections were just loose.

Our kitchen faucet broke about 24hrs before we had to leave for vacation. Not exactly a plumbing emergency, but we needed it fixed before left. I called Great Plumbers around 11pm that evening, and spoke to them at 7am the next morning. Keith from GreatPlumbers called us in advance of our appointment window to let me know when he would arrive. He was professional, friendly and timely. Keith looked at our situation, gave us an estimate and completed the work in short order. Very clean, no mess. I will definitely use GreatPlumbers again if I ever need a plumber.

He (Keith) called to state he was on his way, (on time) and arrived on time. He introduced himself. We discussed the primary reason for the call and gave him 2 other projects that were not a priority but we wanted a quote. He quoted the price for all three jobs, 2 repaired faucets and replacing a faucet. Since he was there and the price was reasonable we said do it. KEITH quickly repaired the drain in or master bathroom so the popup drain closure (Which was totally broken, not just a re-connect) was fixed, he used a couple parts and was able to salvage our fixture piece in the sink bottom to match our brushed bronze. He then replaced the entire faucet (we had purchased 5 years ago) in our kids bathroom. An entire new fixture. There were some complications that he had to deal with but allwent well, no leaks, He also cleaned up and tightened up our shut off valve. in this room. He then proceeded to our downstairs bathroom and again fixed a pop up drain and connection (broken). All together it took him about 3 hours (walk in to paying the bill). He was clean and had all the tools and parts to complete the job. He was straight forrward, described all his work before and after. Keiith was friendly and very thorough. He was efficient with his time and meticulous. Time will tell if things hold up and finish well but right now I am 100% satisfied with the work and the price. The coupon saved me 50 dollars. If I need any future work I would use them.

Overall great job! Keith was professional and friendly. He gave me quotes for each problem as we walked through the house. As additional issues popped up he let me know what was going on. I never felt that I was being kept in the dark or that work was being done that I didn't approve. He also gave me some helpful tips to hopefully avoid the freezing again. My only sort-of-complaint has to do with scheduling, as there was some confusion (I called on a very busy Saturday and was told that they would come out Sunday if they couldn't get to the house Saturday, but I ended up not being scheduled until Monday). But, given the fact that they were prompt in calling me back, that this wasn't really an emergency situation, and that they were dealing with many homes with frozen pipe issues (likely in a worse state than mine!) that weekend, I would use them again. Thanks!!

All went very well despite the delays. Mike the plumber had to wait on floor and tile contractors electricians and painters who were doing other work in kitchen and bathroom. I was never hassled by Great plumbers about when will the other work be done. As the need arose for Mike to work to on a task it was as simple as calling and scheduling the visits. that was very convenient because I had no timeline for the completion of other contractors.

Miguel checked all around the area of the leakage only finding a loose washer(no charge). Completed new faucet installation leaving the area clean and tidy. Miguel was very professional-- pleasant, courteous and efficient. Would definitely use again.

I attempted to replace the insides of my toilet and ended up with a leak and a low water level in the tank. I called Great Plumbers and an actual person answered the phone. She took my information and said since it was a friday afternoon would it be OK if they came out first thing the next day. The plumber arrived the next morning, replaced the leaking hose and adjusted the part so the water level was at the right height for flushing. He was very nice and didn't make fun of my inept repair job.

There are no details. He came. He replaced the valve. It was over and above the cost we got on the "deal." We paid it.

There was some confusion on how the Angie's Deal coupon worked, but other than that everything went well. The service tech was neat, clean and professional and did a very professional job.

Keith showed up on time and was very professional and easy to talk to. Diagnosed the leak under the toilet. Determined that that there was a defect in the toilet itself and showed me where the leak was. Supplied new Gerber elongated toilet. I was surprised at how much better the build and flushing was of the new toilet. I also had him replace two sets of defective shut off valves while he was there. I was able to use an Angie's List coupon for $150 off the cost so my final cost was $862.56.

The plumber was very thorough, he thought the first time, however, after the first test we still saw a leak so he immediately went to work on it and everything was sealed correctly the second time.

Everything went very well. They discovered where our leak was, and were able to get in and were very neat about it. They were good about putting forth the extra effort to discover where the leak was, and to get in to be able to reach it. They had to cut out the drywall, which they were very neat about doing.

Excellent Service !!!!....I'm really impressed the plumber was very nice she was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing explained everything and work at a very very fast pace. the plumber was very honest and very professional at all times and represented the great plumbers company the best way possible.

We ended up doing the work ourselves, so we are getting the deal refunded.

From the time the phone call was placed for service and the repair complete it took all of 90 minutes. Talk about professionalism, I was informed at 11:12 , I would have same day service, a plumber would call me between 1-3 pm, to let me know he was on his way. Much to my surprise, Noah called about 15 minutes after I placed the service call, he told me he was 10 mins away. When Noah arrived, I escorted him to the basement, should him the problem, and Bam he gave me my cost, I told him go for it...and in less then 20 minutes problem solved. Professional,fast, courteous,prompt service couldn't ask for a better scenario. Okay and as corny as this my sound, I am old school , you judge a man by his handshake and it was a pleasure to shake Noah's hand as he looked into my eyes and said thank for letting me serve you today. Now this is a business, that is in for long haul...Found a life long plumber...Thank you...

It went very smooth, the assed the issue and provided me with an estimate. Ordered the part from the factory and installed it in 2 days. Will use them again for any plumbing issue.

Performed service on outdoor drain. We did not have a problem with the drain for the rest of the summer.
