prompt reception at time scheduled...all services performed as expected and general evaluation of future needs.accurate and clear itemization of bill, work completed as promised at predicted time..used bernardsville auto for many years prior and always satisfied with work and competency of work performed...also, they can perform almost any work needed to solve any problem needing attention...never recommended work for the sake of increasing their billing..a good combination of competency and honesty.

They walked back across the street to my car. They drove the car back across the street and installed a new battery. When it came time to pay, they advised me that I was going to be charged a service call in addition to the price of the battery. I thought that this was unfair since they charged me a $58 service fee.

I have had my 98 Camry and my husband's 2004 Lexus serviced at Bernardsville Auto for the last 8 and 4 years, respectively. From routine to major repairs John Henry and his crew have provided excellent, practical advice and have been responsive to any repair needs that have come up. He helps us look ahead at what is needed, evaluate the cost benefit and makes recommendations when asked. He is honest and his charges are very reasonable. I am truly a satisfied customer.
