Rich from Weltman was curteous and a true professional. He got the job done efficiently and charged for his services fairly. I was relieved to find a company truely working around the clock and charging regular fees even on a Sunday.

Rich was very helpful in giving me the advice I needed to actually fix the pipe on my own. It was nice to know that he wasn't trying to rake me over the coals! I would highly recommend Rich and his outfit for any of your plumbing needs.

Office staff was friendly and professional. The tech, Brent, was an excellent plumber. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. Only downside, I thought they were pricey. Maybe that's the way it is in todays world.

Tech was very good.

Though it was raining cats and dogs, Karl was prompt and came when he said he would. I showed him what I wanted done which was to install a cable outlet. He completed the installation in very reasonable time. He also checked on my doorbell that was not working and made recommendations as well as a gfci outlet that was not working in my kitchen. He checked both for free without charge. He was very courteous and made sure I was satisfied with the work he did before he left. I would definitely use him again for any electrical issues.

My water heater was having issues for weeks when Weltman came in. GE the water heater manufacture sent replacement parts and Weltman installed them expertly. My water heater still had issues short story the problem was with my gas company equipment. Weltman suggested I called them when they came back in to check the water heater. I was tired of the water heater problem and ordered a replacement through Homedepot the Homedepot plumber also suspected a gas company issue and ran a test that positively identified the issue for free. I called the gas company and they came in and fixed it. I wish Weltman could have ran the same test but they only guessed and that cost me hundreds of $

The Coordinator (John) was timely and efficient. And the Technician (Ryan) was courteous, professional, and honest. The completed work allowed me to get my project back on track/schedule and was well worth the relatively inexpensive cost. I would be pleased to hire them again for the planned upgrade to the other unit (2 family).

He charges by the project but he did the work I was looking for.

They provided me incorrect information about my problem, said they couldn't fix it, and still charged me a service fee. I ended up calling another plumber to fix it.

I had a hot water heater installed in 2009. It was costly and apparently not installed correctly as it leaked since the installation. While they were responsive and attempted to rectify the issue but to no avail. It recently began leaking significantly. Came out on 8/23/14 and stated main pressure valve leading to house was bad. Claimed valve plus tank valve and expansion tank needed to be repaired. I declined as it was an expensive quote and wary of cross-sell since it was not the origin of my issue. Pursued another professional to rectify my hot water tank issue.

Weltman charges high fees for their services based upon quality work; not true. Weltman's service fees are out of line with the current market and service standards fall within the lower-range of any service organization that offers contracts for preferred rates. The technician was still unable to respond to my question even after 3 service visits. Stick with a dedicated trade professional to perform the work. Not returning phone calls in unacceptable in any service-related industry. $1200 to furnish/replace three outdoor light fixtures and $200 to fix two years later – you be the judge.

Weltman was very responsive and professional. Pat Pampanin fixed our AC in no time. He provided honest and straightforward advice and service. The valued compared to other providers was great as well. I would use them again and reccomend them to others.
