This is worse company I have ever hired to do work on my home. The rude attitude and behavior was unbelievable. I would not recommend this company to another human being. Russell is VERY RUDE! Do not trust him at all. His nice behavior in the beginning is a lie. He is very RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL! I would have never hired this company or Russell if I knew they were this horrible.

RDC does some limited Plumbing work. My sump pump had stopped working but the guy from RDC who came to give estimate did not mention that they could replace the sump pump. I ended up waiting for another Plumber for hours. So ask the estimator if they can do other things.

They were prompt, responsive, and professional. I was actually away on vacation when disaster struck my rental unit, so did not have access to my insurance information or anything. Russ was understanding and worked with me to get the water out of my unit without having to wait until I could get the information he needed. My tenant was happy with the work that they did.

Job well done. With so many warnings about scams, I was concerned. However, lab results, calm, clear information provided in a timely manner alleviated my concerns. Russ and crew are highly recommended. Peg Garvey-Mitchell

RDC was very professsional, prompt and did an excellent job on my mold and bacteria testing.

My basement/crawl space was flooded with 3-4 inches of water following a torrential downpour of 2 days. RDI promptly responded to my distress call and came within 45 minutes and instantly got to work. Drained out the water, dried the carpet/wall panels in 2 hrs. They left the dehumidifier and 4 powerful fans running for 3 days to complete the drying process. Result - a completely dry basement/crawl space. Excellent customer service - polite and professional. Very competitive/reasonable pricing. Even recommended a plumber for an additional job I needed done. Kudos to RDC for a job well done!

He was exceptional, right on time, call the night before to make sure we knew he was coming. He did a very good job, very good company. His prices were good, did a beautiful job. He was the owner and was there working also.
