Like above this whole process was professional. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. First day removed old roof, installed new one, cleaned area on my premise as well as nearby areas were debris landed Next day 2 men came to install new leaders and gutters. Editor and the 2 installers made a final sweep of my property and picked up whatever Might have been lying around.

We had just closed on our first house on Friday. On Sunday, the roof leaks after some heavy rain. Luckily my new neighbor recommended Dior Construction to fix our roof leak. Dior was there within 1 hour of me calling him! He went up on the roof, diagnosed the problem, and gave me an estimate that was the most competitive. He was the only professional to climb into the attic crawlspace to assess the extent of the water damage, and his estimate included the ice shield. He gave me the cost of plywood if it needed to be replaced, but then honestly told me that none of it needed replacement. In addition, he was able to have his crew there the next day on a Saturday morning! He was there to supervise at the beginning, middle, and end of the job to make sure everything was done up to Dior Construction standards, and left our property cleaner than he found it. The cost of the job was exactly what he estimated. He even hauled away some old wood boards we needed to get rid of that had nothing to do with the roofing job. After several heavy rainfalls, our new home is dry and leak free! Thanks to Dior Construction!
