"This coupon expired on 7/2/12 and is under review."
Upon calling/emailing I was told that the service does not cover cleaning the duct work completely on the inside - only at the mouth of the Vent (So with a few flexible brushes and a vacuum with a long flexible pipe you can yourself do a better job- I would like to hear from the Service Provider what exactly is done). The provider offered to come back and fix the situation but never came.
I would certainly not pay this much if I had known that the service does not cover cleaning the duct work from inside completely.
The provider rescheduled the service several times. The provider did not turn up on time from the beginning and promised to return and fix the situation but never came.
Looks like they think that my time is worthless.
"This review is unsubstantiated. I personally went above and beyond for this customer retrieving contruction debris from numerous supply ducts. Of course we clean the entire duct system. We do not, however, guarantee the removal of heavy objects/non-airborne debris. Some customers are simply never satisfied."

I spoke with the owner, Karl, of K7 services. He showed me what really happened, and that the error in selling this Big Deal after it was due to expire was 100% an Angie's List mistake. He was very honest and open with me, and for that reason, I am changing my review to an "A". His business should not suffer a poor rating because of Angie's List's mistake. Even though the work cannot be completed, I sympathize with the bad position that Angie's List put Karl in, and it is unfair to him for me to give a poor review without putting the onus on Angie's List. Karl, thank you for explaining the situation so thoroughly. I now understand what happened and it really, truly was through no fault of yours.
My apologies to Karl and I wish this had worked out. I am indeed disappointed that I couldn't use his services.

We do not contact purchasers until we receive our Big Deal Purchase Report from A-List at the end of each deal (normally within 7 business days). We wish you would have contacted A-List to resolve this issue before leaving us a multiple "F" report. We are confident that no one can match the service that we provide."

We contacted Member on 12/6 (4 business days after receiving our purchase report) and she had already requested a refund. We wish she would have contacted A-List to resolve this issue before leaving us a multiple "F" report."
