Now in its 28th year it has been redesigned, because of the technology now available, to offer consultations on the internet worldwide. With received jpeg. photos and other mailed finishing samples (if needed) the consultations are just as precise and beneficial as always. All billing for services will be paid thru paypal to keep it safe and easy.
