Our trained technicians are skilled in all phases of heating and cooling, both residential and commercial. We keep you warm during the coldest winters, and we keep you cool when the summer heat makes you uncomfortable. C&C specializes in residential and commercial replacement, maintenance, and service. For your peace of mind, we use only the most reliable, high-quality, energy-efficient equipment available. We take special care to protect your home or business during installation and service. To ensure that your job is done right the first time, all of our installation & service technicians are factory trained. Manufacturers' specifications, local codes, and federal laws are followed before, during and after your installation. We are a full service operation and will handle all of your installation needs from permits to maintenance. Our service technicians are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year & are radio dispatched for quick response to all of your emergency needs. We are contracted with them but they haven't come yet. The professionalism of the person who came out and did the measuring and estimated the job that was exceptional. He was very agreeable and pleasant. It is just a nice group of people to talk with no matter who you reach. Update: Everything went very well. They were professional and on top of things. They did a good job on the installation. I would recommend them. I was pleased that we went them. My husband was impressed that an engineer came out and not a salesman.

Had A/C issue that lead to the discovery of a heating issue... deemed unrepairable Got 5 bids from 4500 - 10000 2 were recommended by an associated C&C was recommended by two family members C & C's bid was 2nd to lowest, but almost as full service as the high bid. Their knowledge of our options within our association and limitations was the best of all the bidders. Performed service the next day... estimated 2 days, done in 1. Crew was kind, professional, kept the work areas clean. I have heat and a/c.

I had an appointment with C & C Air Conditioning and Heating Nov 15 2007. The gentleman who scheduled the appointment said he'd be there between 8:00 & 8:30am. I waited and waited. No one showed. At 8:40 I called the office at 8:40 and there was no answer. At 9:00 am I started getting ready for work. At 9:15, as I was walking out the door, C & C called to confirm the appointment. I told them the gentleman said he'd be there between 8 & 8:30 and it was now 9:15. She said would you like to reschedule. I told her no. First, I thought it was very unprofessional to give a time of 8 to 8:30 and not show up or phone to say he/she was running late. Second, I thought it was very unsympathetic for the office not to apologize or get to the bottom of the error. I lost over two hours of work waiting for the company to not show up. I try to support local businesses, but for heating and cooling, I will have to go elsewhere.
